Pros:

安い！
スタッフが全員外国人で、よく言うと決まった事のみの対応で、煩わしさが無い。
コンセントが多い。
コンビニが近いので、便利。
博多駅と天神の間なので、便利・不便別れそう。

Cons:

スタッフが全員外国人なので、ちょっとした質問も躊躇しちゃいました。
部屋の造りが、一般的なビジホと若干違い、不便に感じた。

Pros:

スタッフの対応はよかった。同敷地内にコンビニエンスストアがあるのは大変助かった。

Cons:

水回りの清掃が汚かった。特に浴槽に入ったときにザラザラ感があり不愉快だった。また、テーブルの誇りも気になり、手鏡にはかなりの指紋が付いていた。本当に清掃しているのか考えさせられた。

事前に宿泊予約してたにもかかわらず
トイレットペーパー2段あるのに少ないまま。
予備も置いてない。
本当に清掃が入ってるとは思えない。
チェックアウト後に清掃入ってるにもかかわらず
忘れ物があっても電話してこない
外人しかいないから話通じない

朝食はお弁当が用意されている。連泊でしたが毎日同じであった。連泊する方もいるので少しずつでも中身を変わればよかったかと。

ベットの布団は湿っていた。
床の絨毯は黒ずんでいたり、染みがある。
