員工服務態度蠻冷淡的，餐廳選擇非常少，建議要回房間前先去買好生活必備用品與食物，不然就只能坐接駁車去西館的超商買東西

A little disappointing for the price

Being what felt the only westerners in the hotel. We were given a room that felt like it was in the lobby. Next to stairs and elevators with everyone in the hotel walking past. Everyone. Asked for a room with a view of the ski slopes and were told it was a view of a volcano. But was a view of the shopping centre. Very disappointing especially for the price paid.

Convenient location short walk to the shopping outlet. Great for family. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

The ski area is just right next to the Prince hotel east. It’s super convenient for guests to get back to hotel and get immediate rest after a long day skiing.

Cons:

The capacity of pick up bus can sometimes disappoint you when you are in a hurry and can’t get on the bus.

Excellent and perfect location!
Pros:

Love the room to ski concerns. Very convenient! Shuttles were a a plus. We really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant for breakfast was great. Will come back with the whole family next time.

廊下で子供が騒いでいて、うるさかった。お風呂も子供がうるさくて落ち着かなかった。

母をつれていることんをホテルと連絡していた為か、フロントから近い客室にしていただいていた。

孫達と夏休みの良い思い出が出来ました。
Pros:

温泉施設も楽しめて朝食メニューも豊富です。ホテル周辺の環境も良く、孫達も楽しく遊べます。ショッピングモールや駅も近いし、シャトルバスも利用出来て便利です。スタッフのサービスも良かったです。
