Our stay was for the most part pleasant but would not return due to the stairs.
Pros:

Very clean property. Most staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Not informed that there were 24 steps to walk to unit which was difficult for my wife and myself. We are both elderly.

Highly reccomened. The staff ia exceptional
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Always cheerful, went all out to be accomedating, welcoming and attentive.

Cons:

Would be nice to have more traditional items on the menu. Birria, tamales etc.

Garden views in a gorgeous community
Pros:

Staff was great and helpful. Property is beautiful and pools are gorgeous. 5 minute Uber to restaurants and romantic zone. Gorgeous dipping pool in the suite. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Would like a chair in the room. There is not a place to sit and the outdoor furniture is community. Room is gorgeous but not functional. The lighting is pretty but the bathroom is dark. Description made the room look like it had an ocean view- it does not. We would ask more questions before booking again.

Good for a couple of nights
Pros:

Nice hotel. It’s a very small boutique hotel in a huge apartment building. Pool is nice and rooms are clean

Cons:

Air conditioning not working very well. Hard to find

Mixed opinion.
Pros:

Cleanliness. Big size. Great amenities

Cons:

A/C did not work repeatedly and they were not fast enough fixing it. Given the high price we paid, I found it very disappointing. It was 33C and very humid in Vallarte. I could have stayed in a 4x cheaper room in the city and probably would have had a perfectly functioning A/C.

The wait staff pressure far too much for tips. And they want their tips in cash. You need to ask for housekeeping and water.

Pros:

the staff throughout the property was very accommodating and friendly. The food was beautifully presented and tasty. Silvia with Maxwell went above and beyond

Cons:

the Maxwell concierge service was good at recommending ways to get items we wanted but didn't offer to arrange for them. I also wanted a massage with a male masseuse in the spa and the concierge told me to check through the lobby. I thought the 2. businesses were aligned so I wouldn't need to do that. I never got a massage. I also wanted to get a bottle of alcohol and they told me to use Rappi.... I'm not Mexican so it would have been nice for the concierge to arrange. Housekeeping was very friendly as well.

Pros:

It was so beautiful to look out at the top floor infinity pool and then the ocean AND THEN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSET! And the little patio outside of our room was so calming and inviting. The food was delicious too! The staff was great

Pros:

Breakfast is served at the lower pool for a reasonable price and was absolutely delicious.

Cons:

No elevator in the Pedro building. Make sure you know which building you are in.

Incredible and would def go back!
Pros:

We loved the ocean view from our room. Our place had everything we could possibly need: a full size kitchen and a washer and dryer. It was incredible.

We loved that there was a gym and spa and a rooftop pool that was accessible until 2 am.

Cons:

The massage offered in the spa was less than ideal. We could have just gotten unlucky with the masseuse that day.
