Would not recommend.
Pros:

The architecture of the building and the interior design of the reception was stunning.

Cons:

Rooms were way to small, one tiny double bed squashed up against the wall, had to climb over each other to get in and out of bed, no space to walk around in the room at all. Toothbrushes, shower caps etc were in a box on the ground floor for us to pick up for ourselves ?? No one even told us they were there !! Staff gave very little information or help at all.

Professional young staff, clean rooms, great location, good breakfast, exeptional view, v good deal
Pros:

Location of the hotel and wiev from the window are great, art museums are right next to the hotel and one can easily go for a walk in the park at the riverside. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful, room for a smoker is so rare opportunity that I would like to give my special 12 points for that.

Good apartment next to the park/garden, view of the river, nearby shops and places to eat.
Pros:

Very nice apartment at a good location. Checking in went smoothly, instructions were helpful, a good place to stay. If You are from quiet town in Europe, please keep in mind that those alarms from the nearby bridge belong to first aid, police or fire department vehicles and do not mean there will be an earthquake :)

Great central Osaka locatoon.
Pros:

Location, size of room, comfort, breakfast food quality and range of choice. Walk along the river from immediately outside. Shuttle bus to and from station.

Cons:

Snacks in lounge disappointing. Bit of a wait to check in.
