Pros:

We loved it here only down fall was the toilet had no door and we kept getting a sewage fell come into the room now and again.

Cómodo pero algunas partes disfuncionales

Está en un lugar muy accesible y muy cerca de la playa y la 5a avenida

Cons:

El jacuzzi no funciona, el baño no tiene puerta ni privacidad; tiene balcón pero no tiene sillas; la TV no tiene suficientes canales. El parking te lo cobran aparte.

Les chambres avec spa sont situées juste au dessus des bars (musique jusqu'à 2h)

A première vue la chambre était correct

Lorsque nous avons réservé l'hôtel nous savions que nous étions sur la 5eme avenue MAIS nous pensions aussi que les hôtels des environs étaient dotés de double ou triple vitrage permettant a leurs clients de pouvoir...dormir (rôle principal d'un hôtel), l'hôtel étant situé juste au dessus d'un bar de rock, la musique nous a empêchée de dormir et l'hôtel étant plein le réceptionniste n'a pas pu nous changer de chambre, nous avions choisis une chambre avec le bain a remous mais si nous avions su nous aurions préférés une chambre à l'opposé même si cela aurait impliqué qu'elle soit d'un standing moins élevé!
Le parking est payant et cela nous a étonné car c'est noté sur le site qu'un parking est disponible sans préciser le cout.

Bardzo przyjemny obiekt w środku, choć trochę już trąci patyną, ale czysto. Dobry na parę dni, bo zaraz obok jest duża dyskoteka i impreza trwa do późnych godzin, jeśli ktoś ma płytki sen na pewno nie zaśnie. Bardzo dobrej jakości pościel i ręczniki.

Hotel bonito, acogedor y en medio de toda la fiesta de Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

Una habitación sencilla, con vistas al parking/jardin, por las noches el ruido no deja dormir si quieres dejar el balcón abierto, hay aire acondicionado pero no me gusta usarlo. El baño tiene mucho olor a humedad y la cal de la alcachofa de la ducha hace que salga del plato de ducha, pierde mucha agua y el baño termina completamente mojado, la luz es tenue, demasiado en el cuarto de baño. Por el precio, loa calidad y localización esta bien. Si quieres un hotel para descansar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el silencio este no es el hotel, pero si es solo por un par de noches y puedes dormir con algo de ruido está bien.

El cuarto de baño y el ruido de la noche, el ruido de la musica de los clubs de la zona terminan sobre las 3-4am por lo que hace que no se pueda descansar bien, especialmente cuando viajas desde otro pais y tienes fuso horario

Zimmer gute Ausstattung mit Whirlpool auf dem Balkon

Schlechte WLAN Verbindung.
Bis morgens 3 Uhr Lärm der umliegenden Discos/Bars (Freiluft-Bars - alles offen, quasi kein Lärmschutz). Zimmer lag direkt ein Stockwerk über der Disco/Bar. Wurden bei Anreise nicht informiert, dass es extrem laut sein würde.
Parkplatz musste extra bezahlt werden. Wasser im Pool stark verschmutzt

Quite unhelpful staff don’t speak any English lack any kind of service

Later they refused to give me an invoice with their tax number because I needed it for reimbursement purposes I’ve paid them for a couple of nights separately from Book
