It’s on the pricey side but worth the stay for the view & comfort. Would love to stay here again
Pros:

Proximity to places we wanted to visit.
The airport limo drop on/off at the hotel was also a great bonus

Cons:

Would be great if the hotel amenities were advised (reminded) upon check-in

Great hotel - wonderful staff and excellent location.
Pros:

Brilliant room with a wonderful surprise when we arrived - opened the curtains to reveal the sun setting over Mount Fuji in the distance - stunning! The room itself was big by Japanese standards with a chaise lounge in the bay window. Excellent number of amenities' and 2 free bottles of water each day. Great location - 2 minute walk from Asakusa (Ginza line station), 4 minute walk from Sensō-ji temple (stunning at night), and an easy 20 minute walk to the Sky Tree. Very lovely staff, couldn't do enough to help. Great hotel - we would stay here again.

Cons:

Missed a double bed!

Pros:

Outre l'attrait principal de cet hôtel qui est la vue sur la Tokyo Sky tree, nous nous sommes retrouvés 3 dans une chambre GUEST plutôt ancienne, des lits très durs et surtout un couvre-lit qui sert aussi de couette... pas très hygiénique.
La salle de bain du même style, plutôt ancien et tres petite.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais il faut arriver tot car à 09h30 ils commencent à l'enlever.
Bref, venant de Kyoto , nous sommes plutot insatisfait du rapport qualité/prix de cet hotel.
Peut etre que les chambres exécutives sont mieux?

Amazing location and view

The view overlooking Senso-ji Temple and Skytree is amazing. Staff are polite and professional. Great location for shopping as well.

Pros:

Udsigten fra værelset - vi havde udsigt imod Mt. Fuji. Morgenmadsbuffeten var god med et godt udvalg hvadenten man spiser japansk eller vestligt

Cons:

Lidt irriterende at man ikke har tilgang til fitness - især når man har jetlag og står meget tidligt op

非常完美的飯店，很喜歡，一定再次來住
Pros:

位置非常得好，旁邊就有一個很大的超市，也離淺草寺不遠，買東西吃東西都非常方便。周遭也有許多地鐵站，方便到各處遊玩。

飯店的床跟枕頭都非常好睡，下次再來東京，一定會再來住！

フロントスタッフさんの気持ちよい対応に感謝
Pros:

部屋に少しトラブルがありましたが、フロントの男性スタッフの方のおかげで、
　別部屋に代わることができ感謝とともに、気持ちよく過ごせましてありがとうございました。

この時期に毎年宿泊ですので、次回もよろしくお願いいたします。

Cons:

トイレの蛇口が汚く黄色になってました。

浴室の排水口の詰まりで、洗面所まで汚水がたまり、びっくり。これは困りました。

来年はこんなことのないように期待してます。

部屋からの景色が最高でした！
Pros:

部屋からの景色がとても良かったです。朝日が上る瞬間も見れました。
フロントの方の対応もスムーズでとても感じのよい接客でした。

Cons:

まだチェックアウト前で身じたくをしていたとき、掃除の方が部屋を違えたのか急に入ってきて驚きました…失礼しましたと言って扉をしめていかれましたが…なぜ間違えたのでしょうか…
