A luxury hotel in a convenient area of Tokyo with great amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent views were incredible and location was very convenient. Favorite part about this hotel was the shower pressure was excellent.

Cons:

Was a little pricier of a stay than most places. Also the bar was not open past 10 so that was unfortunate.

Quite pleasant. Staff make a big difference to guests of a hotel and they were lovely girls.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and included in the price

Cons:

Room was quite small for the money. It is an upmarket hotel but bathroom was very small.

スーペリアルームに宿泊したのですが、部屋がとても綺麗で気持ちよかったです！
エレベーターもすぐ来ます！

An amazing place to stay to begin a holiday in Japan.
Pros:

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. The whole building is beautifully maintained and our room was wonderful. The breakfasts were excellent and we also enjoyed one evening meal and making use of the swimming pool.
We would definitely return if in Tokyo again and will recommend it to friends and family.

スカイツリーが見える部屋でしたので、夜はライトアップがとても綺麗でした。
また、スタッフの方の接客も丁寧でお手紙も頂き、温かい気持ちになり過ごしやすかったです。

Amazing views, excellent reception staff, avoid the buffet restaurant
Pros:

The hotel and general hotel staff were great - the views are amazing and the lounge on 28 is a nice spot to end a night. One of the staff, Miyake, was lovely and left us a welcome note which was very sweet.

Cons:

The buffet restaurant was expensive given the food was cold, and the staff were not as friendly as in the rest of the hotel. Only one part of our stay, but we were only there one night and so it was a big part - especially for weary travellers.
