Beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely staff who were very helpful. The Indian restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit. The staff explained what each dish was. The food was excellent. Rooms a great size and comfy bed.

Cons:

No choice on what was included in the full English breakfast. It was just too much for me, but my husband managed it.

I would recommend it. Was in a nice location and staff were very nice.
Pros:

I liked the fact that the facility was clean as well as the room. The room was warm upon arrival which was a very nice warm welcome. Food was nice to.

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that when ordering from recommend food shops, that when I ordered the driver never called and didn't arrive at the pre ordered time. When the food came it was Kate and cold.

Pros:

We had a lovely weekend break in London staying here, room was nicely decorated and comfortable, enjoyed the spa, breakfast buffet was very good and staff were lovely and friendly

Cons:

There's not much around the hotel but it is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

Worth the money paid still very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, good staff and the shower was very good
The breakfast was okay

Cons:

Bathroom door didn’t lock
Empty water bottle left down the side of the bed(not hidden)
One of the LED lights didn’t work

First class hotel well finished and beautifully decorated.
Pros:

It reminded me of the Taj style hotels in Mumbai. The room was split level, the ceiling were high, the quality of the finish was excellent. The lighting system very clever. Down stairs there was a work area and bathroom. very well equipped. An unexpected haven of tranquility and calm. Indian restaurant very good and well priced.

Cons:

All was going great till the wifi started to play up - when the high speed worked it was great but that was not very often. Tried to do a teams meeting and lost connection three time.
