Pros:

Awesome, with single word. Heating is awesome, kitchen equipments are perfect and well equipped. Also very close to U Bahn stations and very central location.

Cons:

It would be better if it were Nespresso instead of Tassimo.

Also, please fix your address details bcs my booking was mentioned as Denisstrase on booking.com site, however when I reached there and try to submit the check in instructions, the home address seen different and it was unable to check-in. After a couple of tele conversations, the front office girl has sent me a check in mail and the mail showed different address (Nützelstrase) Anyway I dealed with it but it would be better if you especially highlight your apartment addresses.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος για 4 μέλη οικογενεια. Η θέρμανση πολύ ικανοποιητική και ο χώρος καθαρός

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν η περιοχή. Φτάσαμε στη γειτονιά βράδυ και νιώσαμε αρκετά άβολα. Ευτυχώς είχαμε κάνει check in πιο πριν και μπήκαμε αμέσως στο οίκημα αν και δυσκολευτηκαμε αρκετά να βρούμε την είσοδο του. Για αυτό ειναι προτιμότερο να πηγαίνετε πριν τη δύση του ήλιου. Επίσης παραμονή πρωτοχρονιάς έγινε χαμός με βεγγαλικά και φοβήθηκαν να βγούμε από το σπίτι

Wirklich ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, es gab genügend Handtücher und optisch hat es uns gut gefallen. Auch die Entfernung zur U-Bahn ist top.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist allgemein etwas heruntergekommen. Nur als Frauengruppe würden wir es nicht empfehlen (Aufenthalt über Silvester). Die Küche dürfte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Geschirrtücher, Salz, Pfeffer,…). Auch der Backofen ist wirklich sehr schlecht.

Pros:

Unser Apartment war wie ein Hotelzimmer nur mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Sehr gut war, dass Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Pads, Zucker und Kaffeesahne und Teebeutel für 2 Personen vorhanden waren.

Cons:

Für elektronischen Checkin und Türöffnung muss man zwingend Smartphone mit Internet haben, am Apartement steht keine Nummer nur ein Name, der aber nirgends erwähnt wird, nur durch das leise klicken wusste ich welche Türe.

We loved the layout of the space and the comfortable beds. It was a perfect space for our family of five and our dog. It was a great location, just a short walk to a grocery store, restaurants, and the War Trials Museum.

The check-in process was confusing, and the check-in time was very strict. It was a bit far from the downtown area.

Cons:

Расположение очень не удобное. Было бы удобно иметь физический ключь для входа. На кухне не хватает посуды: доски для резки, ножей и т.д. Но персонал всегда готов помочь, поэтому в случае возникших проблем стоит сразу написать им.

Pros:

The studio was a good size, it had decent clothes storage and nice big bathroom. It was very cosy and warm. Great location near the Nuremberg Trials museum and close to the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and we really appreciated being able to check in early.

Cons:

It would be good if there was some more cooking utensils, for instance there was no chopping board or baking dishes for the oven.

Für einen Kurztrip, bei dem man die Küche nicht ausgiebig benötigt, war es gut.

Das Kücheninventar hätte reichhaltiger sein dürfen. Schneidebretter, Eierbecher, verschiedene Gläser, Vase, Küchen Handtuch etc. Leistungsstärkerer Föhn wäre hilfreich.

The facilities in the room quite complete especially the kitchen but there is no proper table to eat.

The hassle during check in and no proper signage at the building. The check in process very complicated and very depending on the customer service via Message as there is no physical check in. We are quite lost at that time. And if you have no Wifi, u can’t check in.
