Soggiorno comodo e piacevole, con personale gentile e posizione eccellente vicino alla stazione.
Pros:

Sono arrivato a tarda notte ed ero molto stanco, ma appena sceso dal treno l’hotel si trovava proprio nelle vicinanze, quindi ho potuto fare il check-in rapidamente. Inoltre, il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e mi ha aspettato nonostante l’orario tardivo.

We would stay again
Pros:

Our room was very nice. The rain head in the shower was awesome. I was very happy to see little toiletry packs and soap. The staff were excellent, particularly the pretty blond lady who gave us great instructions on where to go and how to get around, and the lovely man in the bar and in the breakfast area. The proximity to the station was an added bonus!

Cons:

The heated towel trail didn't work. We couldn't turn on the air conditioning so we had to sleep with a window open (which was noisy). Pillows were lumpy.

Emplacement parfait, juste à côté de la gare de Vérone. Chambre magnifique avec près de 3m50 sous plafond et une décoration sobre très classe. Lits confortables ni trop durs ni trop mous. Bonne insonorisation. La politesse, la gentillesse et l'attention du personnel.

Cons:

Le thermostat de l'air conditionné avec un minimum de 23 °C, nous avons dû éteindre le chauffage la nuit car il faisait trop chaud. Le petit déjeuner manquant un peu de variété pour la classe de l'hôtel selon moi, mais le café, préparé par le barista de l'hôtel, vraiment extraordinaire.
