La struttura è evidentemente trascurata. Gli orari della colazione inclusa nel prezzo non corrispondevano a quelli in inserzione e, a causa di ciò, abbiamo dovuto rinunciarvi (troppo tardi ed impossibile riprogrammarli poiché la colazione non la preparano loro). Nonostante questo, non ci è stato offerto nemmeno un caffè o un tè a parziale compensazione. Anzi, l'unico che abbiamo chiesto ce l'hanno fatto pagare.

Alles in Allem ist es eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, aber es ist einfach nur vom Personal her sehr mangelhaft. Ich war, da
Pros:

Lage: Super zentrale Lage, vom Fenster seitlich ist der Galata-Turm zu sehen, Fußweg unter einer Minute zum Galata-Tower. Sehr steile Straßen, Taxis fahren nicht immer hoch, also definitiv nichts für faule Leute. Mich persönlich hat das überhaupt nicht gestört.
Viele Cafes, Restaurants alles mögliche unter 10 Minuten (Karaköy, Galata, Cihangir, Taksim).

Zimmer/Ausstattung/Sauberkeit:
Ich hatte das XX-Zimmer.
Die Größe war für bis zu zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend.
Bett war bequem.
Optik der Einrichtung ist schön.
WLAN funktioniert super.
Die haben einen Fahrstuhl/Lift.
Also alles in Allem müsste man ein paar neue Möbel bzw. Ausstattungsteile mal wieder wechseln. Aber für den Preis erwarte ich auch kein neues und perfektes Mobiliar. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass das Mobiliar seitdem es vor 6/7 Jahren eröffnet wurde, dasselbe ist.
Sauberkeit grundlegend in Ordnung, aber nicht super sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer/Ausstattung/Sauberkeit:
Föhn war kaputt, dafür gab es ein Ersatzföhn.
Einige Ecken und Kanten waren nicht mehr auf dem Neuesten Stand und etwas heruntergekommen.
Waschbecken hatte ganz viele Risse, Spiegel, Möbel waren hier und da etwas beschädigt.
Wände bzw. Tür sind eher dünn und etwas hellhörig. Wenn jemand im Flur ist hört man ALLES. Wenn jemand Wasser nutzt hört man es nachts. Ich hatte Glück und hatte leise Nachbarn.

Sauberkeit war eher durchschnittlich. Es waren einige Haare auf dem Bett, hier und da etwas staubig, aber die groben Oberflächen wurden tagtäglich gereinigt.
Handtücher wurden auch täglich gewechselt. Damit das geschieht, muss man aber den TürAufhänger aufhängen, sonst wird nicht geputzt. Das Reinigungspersonal ist immer bis 16:00 Uhr vor Ort.
Also für jemanden, der es sehr sauber möchte, ist das Hotel definitiv nichts. Ich konnte damit leben, es war nicht dramatisch.
Es ist grundlegend sauber und wirklich in Ordnung.

PERSONAL:
Das Personal ist leider wirklich sehr zurückhaltend und nicht sympathisch.
Man wird nicht begrüßt, nicht verabschiedet oder Ähnliches. Das Personal ist die ganze Zeit über Stunden hinweg nur am Handy. Habe es selbst beobachtet, als ich unten im Cafe saß.
Es wird nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, man wird nie begrüßt oder verabschiedet, auch nicht beim Check-Out.
Außer man begrüßt Sie zuerst als Gast, dann gibt’s netterweise eine kurze Antwort.
Bei Fragen geht das Personal wenigstens drauf ein, aber immer sehr widerwillig.
Die Koffer kann man nach dem Check-Out gegenüber der Rezeption stehen lassen, wo das Gepäck dann öffentlich im Gang steht.
Late Check-Out wurde prinzipiell verneint. Auf Nachfrage, ob ich ab 14:30 Uhr kurz meine Koffer irgendwo im privaten umpacken kann, wurde es abgelehnt, da Sie angeblich keine Räumlichkeiten haben.
Es waren aber mehrere Hotelzimmer noch frei, was ich selbst vorher kontrolliert hatte.
Ich finde es einfach sehr schade, wenn man als Gast angelogen und verarscht wird.

Great location, polite and helpful staff, comfortable stay with good amenities. Recommended.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, beautiful wooden floor tiles, rustic exposed brick wall, excellent location in a tourist-friendly area, convenient hangers for clothes, great heating system (especially during cold weather), reliable hot water shower, a hair dryer provided, and useful toiletries.

Cons:

Power sockets were inconvenient as my adapter didn't fit well, next time I will be better prepared for this. The AC remote didn't work even though it was on, but the room temperature was manageable.

Die Lage war zentral gelegen, nahe zum Galataturm. Das Bett war ideal, nur Kopfkissen etwas zu weich. Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Frühstück erst um 9 Uhr möglich, etwas zu spät, lieber schon um 8 Uhr. Und während beim Frühstück wurde Boden gewischt.

La camera non era quella prenotata. Il bagno puzzava di fogna ed è andato peggiorando durante il soggiorno. Il secondo giorno si è rotto lo scarico del water. La televisione non ha mai funzionato. La stanza si trovava in un locale vicino lo sgabuzzino ed era poco funzionale. La prima colazione va chiesta in largo anticipo e non è a buffet. È solo con piatti del luogo senza possibilità di scelta. Il personale scortese, indifferente e per nulla accogliente. Esperienza da non ripetere.

De grootte van de kamer + het bed was ok en het was proper

Cons:

De kamer met balkon dat ik reserveerde, was niet beschikbaar.
Het personeel was niet vriendelijk. Er werd geen goeiemorgen gewenst, geen goeiedag, niets van sympathie of gastvrijheid waarvoor je graag in een hotel logeert.
Enkel het poetspersoneel was vriendelijk.
