Pros:

As it was the low season they allowed me to check in early. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was very happy with the breakfast spread too.

Cons:

The bathroom lighting wasn't great.

Une très bonne adresse et je reviendrais avec plaisir.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, présenté sous forme de buffet très bien garni avec des produits variés et de qualité.
L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme et agréble, parfait pour découvrir Goreme et les environs.

Pros:

This is a wonderful property within main area of all attractions. It is family owned place. They go above and beyond to assist the guests. Yashar the owner is truly an amazing person. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

An incredible stay in Cappadocia!!
Pros:

This was an unforgettable stay! The location was perfect for exploring Goreme. The hosts especially our direct contact Vesal was incredible with making us comfortable in our stay, booking all of our transportation, and planning all of our excursions for us. It was a completely relaxing and welcoming stay. The food provided was wonderful. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Great views and good location
Pros:

The location was excellent, in the center city and near all facilities. Good breakfast and a great rooftop with an excellent view.

Cons:

Our room was noisy and we could hear everybody who accessed the hotel. The bathroom's equipment could be improved.

La struttura è esteticamente molto bella, con rocce e cave.

Servizio: Al nostro arrivo l'host ci ha detto che non avremmo potuto dormire nella struttura in quanto durante le festività la prenotazione minima era almeno di due notti.
Noi avevamo necessità di fermarci una notte in più extra a Goreme (perché il nostro pullman di ritorno era stato cancellato alle 20 di sera) quindi gli ho mostrato che su Booking si poteva tranquillamente prenotare per solo una notte, ha fatto dunque una telefonata in turco e poi ci ha consentito di prenotare. Non capisco perché rifiutare un check-in in più alle 20 di sera, siccome solitamente i turisti quando arrivano in queste destinazioni lontane hanno già una struttura prenotata e di certo non la cercano sul posto la sera con -1° fuori (meno imprevisti come è successo a noi).
Stanza: La stanza è grande ma molto fredda, nonostante abbia termosifone e climatizzatore. Può essere un punto a favore in estate, ma in inverno per una suite non è minimamente accettabile. Non ci sono appendiabiti, solo uno in bagno per gli asciugamani.
LA DOCCIA PERDE ACQUA DA SOTTO!!! Se fate una lunga doccia rischiate di allagare il bagno. E il pavimento è freddissimo, nonostante loro abbiano messo un piccolo tappeto.
Il servizio in camera sembra operato da terzi, perché ci è arrivata la cena da un signore con il casco.
Il minareto è vicinissimo, per quanto sia bello preparatevi ad essere svegliati alle 6:55 dal richiamo alla preghiera.
Ultimo ma non meno importante il ragazzo che lavora lì e il suo compare hanno ben pensato di sparare la musica dalla sala della colazione al massimo con la cassa alle 7:30 del mattino, rovinando ovviamente il nostro sonno.
Colazione non ricca.
Peccato perché la struttura è bella ma deve essere migliorata.

Nice budget-friendly option
Pros:

Located very near the bus station, great for late evening bus arrivals. Ashi is sweet, seems overworked - there was seemingly no one but him at the reception. He packed me a sandwich and a juice box for the airport, it was very nice of him. Breakfast was good, and the dining room had the prettiest panoramic view! All the transfer accomodations were done well and on time. One of the cheapest hotels with free Wi-Fi, and fairly nice for that price.

Cons:

The room was small and a little cold, one of the shower's sliding doors was broken. No safebox in the room. A little bit of friendly advice - don't disclose your clients' room numbers to non-clients (nothing happened, but I got a bit startled when a new acquintance just knocked on my door instead of asking for me at the reception).

Pros:

Very well located object. You can find all caffe, restaurants etc. In very close proximity. Room was spacious, had very nice feel (cave hotel afer all!) and stuff was also nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and quite tasty!

Cons:

Ventilation in the room was bad. We were there in autumn and we could feel and smell moisture while going inside. Also there was a mold under the shower. So there is a place for improvement in matter of cleanliness.
