Très bon accueil et magnifique vue sur les montgolfières
Pros:

Très belle vue depuis l’hôtel, avec la possibilité d’observer les montgolfières le matin, ce qui est vraiment agréable en Cappadoce. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le personnel, avec une mention particulière pour la dame qui s’occupait du petit-déjeuner, toujours très accueillante et attentionnée. Les petits-déjeuners étaient d’ailleurs très bons et généreux.

Le gérant a également été très gentil et serviable, notamment en nous permettant d’utiliser son propre réfrigérateur lorsque nous en avions besoin.

Cons:

La chambre était assez petite et surtout vraiment très sombre. Le côté cave a évidemment beaucoup de charme et correspond bien à l’ambiance de la Cappadoce, mais il mériterait d’être compensé par un éclairage intérieur plus important. Quelques sources de lumière supplémentaires rendraient la chambre nettement plus agréable au quotidien.


Un petit réfrigérateur ou minibar dans la chambre serait également un vrai plus, particulièrement pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits.

Vị trí rất tốt. Từ khách sạn cod thể đi ra trung tâm, bến xe , nhà hàng, cũng có thể đi lên đồi ngắm bình minh và hoàng hôn. Tất cả đều có thể đi bộ. View trên sân thượng ngắm kinh khí cầu rất rõ và đẹo. Bữa sáng tuy đơn giản nhưng dễ ăn và đủ dinh dưỡng , hoa quả theo mùa tươi ngon.Có bạn lễ tân Vesal và dọn phòng tên Kiraz rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình. Nhưng đặc biệt nhất, tôi muốn gửi lời cảm ơn, biết ơn đến bạn Amir. Hai ngày cuối ở khách sạn tôi bị đau họng, sốt không thể tự đi mua đồ ăn, bạn Amir đã đi mua giúp tôi để tôi có đồ ăn và thuốc. Khi tôi trả phòng vào sáng sớm để ra sân bay , bạn Amir đã chuẩn bị đồ ăn, quả , sữa và nước uống rất chu đáo. Tôi đã rất xúc động và khóc khi trên đường ra sân bay vì tôi cảm thấy Alaca Hotel giống như ngôi nhà của mình vậy. Tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn!

Short-stay in a great cave place and well connected with nice staff
Pros:

The location is exceptional, closer to Gerome bus station. Breakfast was better than expected, mixed and various, lady in the kitchen made yummy omelettes. Receptionist staff made a warm welcome, professionals kind guys. I recommend new guests the cave room stay. We enjoyed our stay in Cappadocia. Thank you

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt im Präsidentenzimmer

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und bot eine große Auswahl. Besonders die optimale Lage hat uns gefallen, da sie ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge war.

Cons:

Das Präsidentenzimmer können wir leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen, insbesondere nicht für Personen mit Lungenerkrankungen. Das Zimmer war sehr stickig und feucht. Unsere gesamte Kleidung wurde im Zimmer feucht und nahm einen muffigen Geruch an.

Optisch entsteht der Eindruck, dass das Zimmer in Naturstein eingemeißelt wurde. Leider stellte sich bei genauerem Hinsehen heraus, dass hier offenbar mit Spritzputz nachgeholfen wurde, was für uns sehr enttäuschend war. Zudem bröckelte der Spritzputz von den Wänden, sodass sich zahlreiche Putzstücke auf unseren persönlichen Sachen und der Kleidung befanden.

Da wir nur zwei Nächte geblieben sind, haben wir auf den zusätzlichen Aufwand eines Zimmerwechsels verzichtet. Insgesamt war das Zimmer für uns jedoch eine große Enttäuschung und wir würden es nicht wieder buchen.

Zusätzlich möchten wir erwähnen, dass wir im Nachhinein festgestellt haben, dass wir über andere türkische Webseiten vermutlich nur etwa die Hälfte des Preises bezahlt hätten, was die Enttäuschung über das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch verstärkt hat.

Cons:

La gestión para contratar las excursiones con el hotel no son buenas, no dan suficiente información y son más caras que si las contratas fuera. El recepcionista Vasal intentó ayudarnos todo lo que pudo para que tuviéramos una estancia agradable y solucionar los malentendidos, pero su compañero no daba ninguna facilidad ni era amable.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Güler yüzlü ve samimi personeli sayesinde kendimizi çok özel hissettik. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzeti mükemmeldi. Göreme’nin tam kalbinde olduğu için ulaşım inanılmaz rahattı. Mağara odalar çok geniş, tertemiz ve harika bir serinliği var. Kapadokya’ya yolu düşen herkese gözü kapalı tavsiye ederim!
