Trevligt hotell vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
Pros:

Gammalt fint hotell med utmärkt läge. Vi har bott där vid flera tillfällen.

Schönes Hotel mit äußerst schlechtem Management
Pros:

Wir hatten im September eigentlich eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Bis zu unserer Abreise waren wir auf mehr als zufrieden. Lage und Ausstattung sind wirklich toll.

Cons:

Da wir mit unserem Auto angereist sind, war der Autoschlüssel während unseres Aufenthalts beim Parkservice hinterlegt. Das Auto wurde von uns während der ganzen Woche nicht genutzt, wurde allerdings vom Parkservice mehrmals umgeparkt.
Als wir nach dem Check-out abgereist sind, stellten wir fest, dass das Lenkrad unseres Fahrzeugs einen sehr tiefen und großen Kratzer hatte. Das Auto war zu diesem Zeitpunkt 4 Monate alt ! Da an diesem Tag niemand vom Parkservice anwesend war, haben wir der Rezeptionistin Bescheid gegeben. Die Dame war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat Fotos vom Schaden gemacht und uns erklärt sie werde die Fotos dem Manager schicken und dieser werde sich mit der Versicherung in Verbindung setzen. Wir sollten in der Zwischenzeit einen Kostenvoranschlag für die Reparatur anfordern. Dies haben wir auch gemacht und 2 oder 3 Tage später ans Hotel geschickt.
Seitdem sind nun fast zwei Monate vergangen und wir werden mit Ausreden vertröstet oder man schreibt wir sollen uns gedulden ! Auf unsere Mails wird erst Tage oder Wochen später bzw. nach mehrmaliger Urgenz reagiert. Es wirkt auf uns so als wolle man den Fall einfach so lange rauszögern bis die Sache "vergessen wird".
Wir möchten hier keinesfalls dem Hotelpersonal die Schuld geben, der Parkservice hat den Schaden sicher nicht absichtlich hinzugefügt und vielleicht auch gar nicht bemerkt. Auch die Dame von der Rezeption war, wie schon erwähnt, sehr hilfsbereit. Dass man allerdings als Management mit (eigentlich zufriedenen) Hotelgästen so umgeht, ist einfach nicht akzeptabel !
Wir würden uns wirklich wünschen, dass der Fall zeitnah geklärt wird.

Wir würden sofort wider kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Tolle Strände in der Umgebung, ruhig und nicht weit bis Cannes. Die Zimmer sind groß und verfügen über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Toller Blick aus dem Balkon, gutes Frühstück, Hundefreundlich und ein hübscher beheizter Pool, der nach dem Fitnessstudio zum schwimmen einlädt. Eigener Parkplatz, sogar für unseren Camper.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Tout ! L’emplacement idéal, l’hôtel est beau, propre et moderne. On se sent tout de suite en vacances et content d’y être ! Le personnel est au petit soin, très agréable et professionnel. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffets de qualité et diversifiée. Restaurant le soir excellent ! Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses, de même que la salle de bain.

No AC so we had to open windows and listen to the sounds of the street and cars. So it was noisy while sleeping.

The smell of the room is very bad. I think it is from the carpet/moquet.

Confort et spacieux
Pros:

La chambre était confortable et grande avec une terrasse privée à disposition. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé, nous avions largement de la place. Le restaurant de l'hotel et le petit dejeuner était bon et diversifé. L'emplacement de l'hotel permet de se balader à pied dans Mandelieu, ce qui est bien pratique.
