Le staff a retrouvé et m'a restitué mon portefeuille que j'avais oublié au restaurant! 🙏🏼✨
J'ai bien été remboursé de 60€ en raison de la panne d'eau chaude le mardi matin 20/01.

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne.
Carte d'acces qui ne correspondait pas a ma chambre + prob de demagnetisation.
J'ai dû envoyer 3 rappels pour obtenir la bonne facture!

Eine spontane Entscheidung die richtig gut war!
Pros:

Schon der Empfang war überaus höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer riesig und das Hotel sehr geschickt renoviert. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig, frisch, vielfältig und mit Müsli, Eierspeisen und auch sonst alles was man sich wünscht. Tiefgarage im Haus.

Empfehlenswert, besonders bei geplanten Museumsbesuchen
Pros:

Sehr, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Prima Frühstück. Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Tolle Lage in der Museumsmeile und Nähe am Rhein.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden. Sehr hoher Einstieg in die Duschwanne. Duschstange locker und Duschkopf nicht einstellbar. Ansonsten aber alles super😊

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und das Frühstück im Hotel war auch sehr lecker.
Pros:

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bonn. Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und kann sich einige Museen anschauen, ohne ins Auto zu steigen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen die Zeit hat ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Ein Upgrade, das Möbeljahres wäre ganz sinnvoll.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels nahe des alten Regierungsviertel , paar Minuten vom Rheinufer entfernt , Museum, Restaurants und vieles mehr in direkter Umgebung
Tiefgarage für das Auto vorhanden.
Sehr gutes und ausreichend großes Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen, es hat an nichts gefehlt .
Jederzeit wieder ....

Kaltes Wasser abgenutzt, kein Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Cons:

Begrüßung und Checkout, Standardabfertigung. Es wurde noch nicht mal gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war.
Ausschließlich kaltes Wasser duschen war so gut wie nicht möglich
