Poor fittings on windows and doors kept me up all night. Breakfast was worse than poor

Windows and door was rattling all night long, could not sleep.
Never go there again.

Worst Stay Ever – Unhealthy and Unsafe

I checked out 12 days early because the conditions were unbearable. The room was unclean, with visible mold that made it unhealthy to stay in. The smell was awful, and basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. This place should not be called a hotel—it’s more like a 1-star hostel at best. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone concerned about health and cleanliness. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Great location in front of the beach and with shops, cafés and bars all around.

Cons:

The room was very run down, it wasn't cleaned or water topped up, and the noise outside meant very little sleep.

I had to pay a deposit of 500 baht on check in but as I left at 7.15am, there was no one to reclaim this from on check-out. Luckily my friend left later, so she was able to get it back for me. If I'd been there alone, I wouldn't have got it. Breakfast was a grab and go box and again did not look appetizing so we didn't take it. It also started at 8.30am so it wasn't an option even on my last day.
