This was a good hotel to stay in. A little further away from Ginza than we expected. Daily amenities serviced.
Pros:

Neat and clean. Had clothes washing machines. Large rooms available.

Cons:

Beds are hard to sleep on.

Walking distance to anywhere. Best for couples. Not ideal for families with children.
Pros:

I like that the location is very close to almost anything. The Uniqlo flagship store, Tsukinji fish market, 7 eleven stores, etc. you can wake up at 2am and go to the nearby Lawson in 2 mins. Bus stop is just around the corner.

Cons:

The rooms are so tiny. We stayed here with our 4 year old son. Not very ideal for families with children. We had to pile everything in the corner with our suitcases and leave our rented pram outside the room. There’s no room to walk around literally. This is to be expected for Tokyo hotels.

The evening staff also could be a bit nicer with one of them literally rolled his eyes on me when we requested for an extra blanket. Morning staff was very accommodating though.

お部屋もきれいで過ごしやすかったです
朝食のバイキングも品数も充実していて美味しかったです

Cons:

所々壁の傷等がありましたが特に気になるほどではなかったかな❓️と思いました。
湯船があれば嬉しかった感じです

We had a good time in Tokyo and would love to come back to Koko again
