Beautiful property and views. Attentive staff. Good quality food and choice.
Pros:

I enjoyed the conveniently located property. The rooms and the bracelet system which act as your room key and to pay.

Cons:

Some items in the gym were not working. The pool on the roof was closed for a private function the whole time and notice provided at the time of booking this facility would be unavailable.

Ausser der zu hohen Preise der Getränke war der Rest top und wunderbar!
Pros:

Ausstattung des Hotels und des Zimmers war top. Die Lage wunderschön- die Poollandschaft und der nahegelegene Strand waren atemberauend und wunderschön. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen alles war von Top Qualität und mit Sorgfalt zubereitet.

Cons:

Die zu hohe Preise der Getränke. Für einen Apérol Spritz EUR 18.-- zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit, nicht zu reden von 1 Liter Sangria - zum Glück haben wir den Sangria aus "normalem" Rotwein bestellt - so konnten wir uns mit EUR 60.-- "retten" . Die anderen Varianten aus Weisswein oder Cava waren noch teurer. Die Auswahl der Digestives an der Rooftop-Bar schien sehr ausgesucht und zahlreich - leider wurden wir eines besseren belehrt - schlussendlich war die Auswahl auf 3 verschiedene Digestives beschränkt, der Rest der Karte hatten sie nicht. Schade, wir hätten sogar dafür EUR 9.-- für einen Digestiv bezahlt....ausnahmesweise!

Okay, aber keine 5 Sterne wert
Pros:

Das Bless Hotel ist grundsätzlich kein schlechtes Hotel. Jedoch ist es kein Hotel mit einem 5 Sterne Standard. Die Zimmer waren ganz nett, aber das viele Geld nicht wert. Ein Hund ist erlaubt, dass war der Punkt warum wir es gebucht haben. Der durfte überall mit hin.

Cons:

Personal unaufmerksam, unorganisiert, teils unfreundlich.
Viel Geld für den Hund bezahlt und nichtmal jeden Tag frisches Wasser bekommen.
Der Fitnessraum ist ekelig. Sieht sehr in die Jahre gekommen aus und ist sehr klein.

tolles Hotel, einzigartige Lage, sehr gutes Essen (besonders vielfältig das Frühstück) sehr schöne Aussenanlagen

Cons:

Jammer dat we geen ontbijtje mee konden krijgen toen we om 7:15 vertrokken. Van een 5 sterren hotel ben ik gewend dat ze daar flexibel mee omgaan.

Cons:

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions and the hotel refused to refund us for the nights we were not there. When we did finally arrive and come to check in, we were told our room was not ready. Which didn’t make sense since we were being charged for the room before we arrived. It was a nice stay but definitely not satisfied with their customer service.
