Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl.
Pros:

Ich habe aus Versehen für einen Monat später gebucht. Nichtsdestotrotz konnte man mir schnell helfen und ein anderes Zimmer besorgen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Komfortables, recht ruhig gelegenes Hotel im Süden von Sachsenhausen.
Pros:

Sehr komfortable Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war gut, mit frisch zu pressendem Orangensaft und einer guten Auswahl.

Tolle Unterkunft für eine Frankfurt-Entdeckung
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, sauber, schickes Bad. Eine kostenfreie Flasche Wasser war vorhanden, ebenso wie die Möglichkeit, sich selbst einen Kaffee zuzubereiten: mit Bohnen zum Selbstmahlen:-) Die Lage ist top.

Angemessenes Preis - Leistungverhältnis, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Hilfsbereites Personal. Tasse Kaffee morgens gratis.
Meine Frau hat ihre Brille vergessen/zurückgelassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde bestätigt, dass sie gefunden wurde, aber leider beschädigt. Auf Veranlassung des Personal meldete sich die Servicefirma bei uns und bot Schadenersatz an. Eine professionelle Abwicklung des Vorfalls, die uns gefallen hat. Wir kommen wieder.

I recommend the hotel to friends and family.
Pros:

The room was spacious with lots of storage to keep looking nice. Little bit like a 'home' away from home.

One silly thing, I needed to cut my suitcase ties open, no scissors, the staff of course helped me out. I did buy a pair next day and left in the tool drawer.
