Pros:

De medewerkers waren allemaal super vriendelijk. We kregen zelf een handgeschreven kaartje toen we uit checkten. De bedden van het stapelbed waren een beetje aan de harde kant maar zeker doenbaar! Was ook heel dicht bij een metrolijn en 7/11 (max 2 minuten wandelen).

The room was clean, and there were multiple convenience stores nearby.

Cons:

The lower part of the window frame was about knee height, and the windows swung out when opened. My 7yo discovered this. Luckily, the 7 - and 4 year old weren't playing rough as they could have both gone out. We were on the 9th floor. For a family room, I'm not sure why they don't have locks in the window. It might be their standards dont require them in Japan?
