The staff! Aew is very nice and observant. She noticed that i need utensils and she offered to get for me without me asking. The door staff is very friendly as well.

Cons:

The drainage smells a little but you can just air the room.

Wir buchen dieses Hotel immer sehr gern für 2-3 Tage Zwischenstopp in Bangkok.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, nur wenige Gehminuten zur BTS-Station On Nut. Frühstück gibt es bis 12 Uhr und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Cons:

Leider wird zur Zeit der Pool in der 9. Etage gebaut und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Darüber wurden wir sofort nach der Buchung informiert. Besser wäre natürlich, wenn es schon vorher in der Hotelbeschreibung aufgeführt wird. Es handelt sich bei der Renovierung nicht nur um ein paar Tage / Wochen. Scheint ein größeres Projekt zu werden.

Warm and friendly service
Pros:

Aew, Kong and Nice at the reception counter are very friendly and providing good service. We are very satisfied. And the breakfast here is superb.

Pros:

Decent location not far from bts. Lovely staff and tasty buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Swimming pool was out of order. Gym is very basic but at least there is free weights. Sauna stove was not that great with too few rocks, also there was screws sticking out from floor.

Brilliant hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, clean, great shower, great staff. Highly recommend staying here

Cons:

Nothing. Best hotel in Bangkok. Been coming to Bangkok for 20 years wish id found hotel sooner
