Pros:

朝食のごはんがパサパサで非常にまずかった
サンマルクのパンは普通に美味しかった
両方とも対応はイマイチかな

Comfortable, price worthy and good location hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

I spent four nights at this hotel which I choose because of the good price offered. The area is mostly business and offices but near the train station close by there are plenty of restaurants, bars and night life. I liked the quiet area around the hotel, as Tokyo being the largest city in the world made me a bit exhausted. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government building with its free observation deck at the 45th floor is close by, so is the Shinjuku central park. Subway Nishi-Shinjuku is just a minute away and convenient stores are also at the same street as the hotel. The breakfast buffet is Japanese style and I just love Japanese food! However, there is a western style café at the entrance of the hotel if you prefer croissants and cappuccino for breakfast. The room was very good with a comfortable and large (!) bed, a small settee and a table, much appreciated. Also, the room had a normal temperature. Basically all my rooms in Japan have been to warm, but not this one. I must also inform about a very nice restaurant just around the corner of neighbouring Rose Garden Hotel. It´s called "Bal Taiju". Warm and friendly atmosphere and very delicious food, meat, pasta and Japanese style food. The staff speaks English :) The hotel offers luggage storage free of charge. As my cell phone crashed during my stay I could not take any photos of neither the hotel nor the surrounding areas. Not a single photo of Tokyo, so I must come back! And I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very refreshing and great location!
Pros:

Felt very clean and fresh. The staff were so accommodating and respectful, really felt the service.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small but that’s no worries.

Pros:

Good location about 15 min walk to shinjuku station and 2 min to nishi-shinjuku station. The bed was very comfortable. Seemed to be good value as Tokyo is quite expensive. Easy staffed check in and check out. Despite being on a busy street it was very quiet. Room very small to be expected.
