Wonderful cosy and clean
Pros:

Spacious, very clean, great location and lovely staff. Loved the washing machine and powder supplied.

Cons:

The bins needed emptying in our room after 2 days but as cleaning was not included, this did not happen. It would be better if advertised where we could take our rubbish if required.

Een fijn verblijf waar we van hebben genoten
Pros:

Zeer schoon en netjes, supervriendelijk personeel. Alles wat nodig was was er ook (wasmachine,waspoeder en drogen etc etc) comfortabel ook. Redelijk goede ligging, prijs kwaliteit uitstekend!

Niets om aan te merken.

L'hôtel semble un peu isolé mais nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'il était vraiment super bien placé et au calme : à moins de 10 min à pied d'un métro, les quartiers de Gion et Nishiki Market sont à 15 min à pied. À proximité : 7/11, Fresco, 100yens...


La chambre est spacieuse pour 3 personnes.

Pouvoir laver et faire sécher (dans la salle de bain) rapidement les vêtements est un vrai luxe.

Cons:

Les lits doubles sont un peu petits et en effet (je confirme les précédents commentaires) ils sont très fermes.

Le contact avec le personnel est pas très friendly, limite fuyant

Highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Location was great - easy to walk or take train to many places. Very clean and very friendly staff. Excellent to have laundry and the drying room!!

Keycode is a great way to access room! Very easy check in procedure and check out is just leaving, no paperwork or keys to hand in.

Cons:

Beds are quite hard, but we also understand that is typical of Japan. A frying pan in kitchen would be helpful too if possible.
