Tres bon séjour on envisage sérieusement de revenir l"an prochain.
Pros:

tres joli environnement, personnel très sympathique et équipe d'animation au top. Personnel souriant et toujours pret à vous rendre service.

Cons:

un effort pourrait etre fait sur le buffet offre sans grand changement d'un jour à l'autre, très peu de fruit proposé et quand il y en a c'est la ruée je pense notamment aux clémentines. Les plats locaux proposés tels que les tajines et coucous manquent de saveur, c'est dommage on s'attend à plus de parfums orientaux .

Dommage ! Nous étions clients depuis plusieurs séjours à Agadir
Pros:

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré le temps un peu froid et tempête pendant deux jours

Cons:

Nous avons eu le désagrément d avoir notre vol de retour annulé et de ce fait obligé de rester plusieurs jours en plus avant d avoir un autre vol
Et nous n avons eu aucune solution via l hôtel il nous demandait une semaine supplémentaire chère et sans geste commercial donc nous avons été dans un autre établissement
Bilan nous ne retournons pas dans cet établissement qui nous a laissé sans effort nous débrouiller par nous même

Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour une semaine à Agadir
Pros:

Très bonne situation , très proche de l’océan et de la belle promenade le long de la plage d’Agadir.
Tous les riads constituant l’hôtel sont très beaux, entourés d’une végétation magnifique.
Les buffets sont variés, abondants et de grande qualité.
Le prix pour un all inclusive est tout à fait attractif.

Cons:

Les chambres au rez-de-chaussée des riads sont assez sombres, un atout pour la saison chaude, mais en février, mieux vaut être dans une chambre en étage.
Les salles à manger sont vraiment trop bruyantes et nécessiteraient une insonorisation et une nouvelle décoration plus chaleureuse.

Descent location and few of the facilities

Cons:

Lack of English Speaking staff, lack of name boards for dishes and its dietary specifications.
Lack of private beach
Many activities had to be paid extra

Amazing gardens
Pros:

This place is spotlessy clean. The hospitality is excellent, starting from reception, waiters chefs,cleaners,animators,security guards gardeners...The gardens look incredible, and this gives this place a unique character .The food was delicious and fresh.

Cons:

The exchange office should ensure that there is more money in the safe so that businesses can run smoothly.

Pros:

Beliggenhet var bra,senger var gode og vannet varmt på rommet. Personal var veldig bra og hyggelige.

Cons:

Veldig slitt hotel, dårlig klientell av gjester,som bare kom dit for å spise og drikke mest mulig alkohol. Dårlig oppvarming av basseng. Maten hadde bra utvalg, men ikke for skandinaver 😅

Pros:

De prachtig mooie en goed onderhouden tuin vol van rust in het resort (in de tuinen) zijn echt een meerwaarde, de authentieke verblijfsblokken en de mooie aangename kamers in lokale stijl zijn voor ons echt top en geven een heel aangenaam Marokkaans gevoel.
Voor ons was het meer traditioneel Marokkaans eten lekker maar voor anderen kan dit minder zijn.
De Spa en massages zijn een aanrader en uitgevoerd door vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel.

Cons:

De verouderde bar die aan renovatie toe is want bij regen was het er niet aangenaam vertoeven.
De wifi was echt ondermaats en hoog dringend aan upgrade nodig! met de nieuwe technieken moet dit makkelijk mogelijk zijn !

Lovely accommodation, grounds and staff. Food pretty good but definitely use local restaurants too.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff lovely. Room was excellent. We’d asked for quiet location and they obliged. All really clean

Cons:

Dining hall was awful - just too big , noisy and canteen like. Was best for lunch outside but due to weather had to have breakfast and dinner inside. Totally unrelaxing. If you like clubbing and loud games then this is for you but too raucous for us at times - especially the night there was a fight in the bar!
