Super séjour, mais attention aux habitués de l’hôtel qui font fuir les nouveaux clients.
Pros:

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet hôtel et à Agadir, et nous étions vraiment tristes de partir.
L’animateur Nassim était incroyablement sympathique et allait vers tout le monde.
Le nourriture était délicieuse et variée.
Les femmes de ménage faisaient un travail impeccable, nos chambres étaient toujours impeccables.

Cons:

Dès 8 heures du matin, les transats de la piscine étaient tous réservés avec des serviettes par les résidents âgés de l’hôtel. Par chance, nous avons réussi à trouver une place. Pendant l’heure du goûter, mon mari et moi avons pris une courte pause de 20 minutes pour déguster une crêpe. À notre retour, nous avons constaté avec surprise que nos transats avaient été pris par deux personnes âgées, qui avaient laissé nos affaires par terre en disant : « Ici, il y a des règles. Nous sommes des habitués, donc nous faisons ce que nous voulons. » J’ai trouvé ce geste très déplacé.
De plus, j’ai été un peu déçue que les employés ne disent pas systématiquement bonjour.

Cons:

Pobyt był ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Stoły brudne i lepkie, sprzątane starymi, nieświeżymi i śmierdzącymi szmatami. Jedzenie zimne i niesmaczne. Sam hotel w bardzo złym stanie — zniszczony, stary i nieprzyjemnie pachnący. Dodatkowo brak działającego Wi-Fi. Oferta „all inclusive” w praktyce nie ma nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

L’accueil, l’amabilité du personnel, la nourriture, le calme dans la chambre, tout était très bien.
La mer à 400 m facile d’accès avec une plage privée avec des transats à disposition. La balade du bord de mer et le souk d’Agadir. Les habitants très polis.

Cons:

Pour moi, j’ai tout aimé, ma femme aussi. Elle a juste trouvé la piscine un peu fraîche.
Le mojito qui n’est pas dans le all inclusive mais ce n’est pas important 😊

Pros:

at first the idea of an all board package but it ends up to a disaster since my husband got sick due to something that he had eaten/drank from the property. good that there is a nearby pharmacy to buy medications. beach is on a walking distance and there are plenty of parking sites.

Cons:

i expected that we will have fun and really be entertained and comfortable but it was not any of my expectations. food options and drinks are various but i guess there is an issue with the handling and preparation/keeping which makes it somewhat "unsafe" for consumption. second will be that the accomodations are up to three story high and there is no elevator. the staff wouldn't assist you with your luggages so this is not recommendable if you have too much stuff. 3rd is that the rooms and facilities are somewhat old though the staff were doing their best to maintain the cleanliness but if you are somewhat expectant then this accomodation is not for you. fourth issue i had is the wearing of a tight arm band all through out the stay, it is somewhat annoying and uncomfortable, although i understand that they could have done that for security issues but for the comfort and safety of their guests, i believe there could be a better way. to add up to the long list is the swimming pool's water temperature which appears to be cold during the first and second week of march when the environmental temperature is also quite chilly already.

A recommander pour passer un bon moment
Pros:

Bon accueil, très bien situé. Le parc des très vert et les hébergements en Riad bien espacé. Vacances sympathiques. Repas diversifiés. Les serveurs sont très gentils et très serviable mais malheureusement pas assez nombreux pour gérer le débarrassage des tables et la remise en route de la table : c'est un peu dommage... Belle terrasse.

Super hôtel que je recommande à 100% !!
Le service est très chaleureux, les infrastructures sont belles et bien entretenues (c’est très joli de se ballader entre les différents bâtiments, avec les fleurs et les palmiers partout, très dépaysant!).
Mentions spéciales pour la cuisine (le buffet est excellent, les plats sont variés, bravo au chef cuisinier on s’est régalées tout le séjour !!) et pour la plage tenue par Rachid d’une main de maître (encore merci !!).

En prisvärd all inclusive. Bra med uppvärmd pool. Positivt med kolgrillat kyckling till lunch,

Cons:

Buffén var i princip samma varje kväll och saknade smak. Trångt och rörigt i matsalen . Lite komplicerad process med att få ut poolhandduken.
