Faptul că e localizat în centru.
Au fost amabili cei de la recepție. Au un loc special amenajat pt fumători și au cafea și apă la discreție în toate locațiile hotelului.

Cons:

Camera era mica, patul mic, faptul că am identificat greu locația, deoarece cazarea este intr-un imobil mai mare și scria foarte mic numele hotelului. De asemenea, faptul că locația cazării era distinctă de locația recepției.

המיקום מעולה, הצוות מאוד אדיב ונותנים שירות מעולה. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד נעימה ומאוד שווה את המחיר. קיבלנו חדר שאינו במלון עצמו וזה היה מאוד נחמד כי החדר כלל מרפסת קטנה ונעימה ששיפרה לנו משמעותית את החוויה. היה מאוד נעים לקבל פינוק קטן בכניסה לחדר. תודה רבה על החוויה!

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant location.
Pros:

Everything! This is our third time staying here and we’ve loved it every time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom are lovely and well equipped and the position is second to none, a mere 3 minutes away from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Breakfast outstanding with a huge variety of food choices.

Pros:

We stayed in a superior room, which was very comfortable, and the terrace was an absolute blessing. We enjoyed our morning coffee there every day, even with a slight chill in the air. The shower pressure in the bathroom was excellent; while there was no handheld showerhead, this did not detract from our overall comfort. The room was always kept immaculately clean.
The hotel is within short walking distance of all the main attractions, which made exploring the city effortless.
Above all else, the team was truly incredible—professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
A special shout-out to Claudia, Luca, Arnob, and the two Julias—thank you for making our stay so memorable. Bless you.

Alojamiento Perfecto
Pros:

Magnífico hotel con una ubicación perfecta, mejor imposible, puedes ir andando a cualquier punto de interés. Muy confortable, acogedor, cómodo y limpio. El desayuno estupendo. Fuimos 4 personas (pareja y 2 chicos de 12 y 14 años) y la habitación cuádruple era perfecta. Además tenía salida a una pequeña terraza preciosa. Un detalle que nos encantó es que dejan utilizar a cafetera del desayuno las 24 horas para tomar un café, té o beber agua y siempre con algún dulce a disposición de los huéspedes. Es un alojamiento maravilloso. 100% recomendable. Inmejorable!

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza de España y de la Fontana de Trevi. Habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas y silenciosas. Un bonito detalle para tomar el aperitivo nos esperaba a nuestra llegada a la habitación. Desayuno con muchas opciones y de gran calidad.
Había una pequeña sala donde siempre había disponible café, agua y diversos snacks gratis.
Tanto a la entrada como a la salida pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje sin problemas, lo que nos permitió seguir visitando la ciudad.
Experiencia para repetir.
Gracias a todo el personal del hotel por su trabajo. Destacar la amabilidad del personal de la sala de desayunos.
