Pros:

Location is awesome. Service was great and bubbles on arrival was lovely. All in all a really pleasant experience.

Pros:

I thought the laundry service was wonderful. Great value and so practical in charging a fixed charge for a bundle of clothing. I wish more hotels did this.

Spa was a mediocre experience - they charged me 20 euros extra for asking if they can increase the pressure a bit.
