We have stayed here both times we went to Istanbul and we would stay there again
Pros:

Excellent location. It was great to be able to just walk up to the restaurant and have a stunning view of both the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and ships along the Bosphorus strait. The food at the restaurant was good and had a variety of options to choose from. Staff was excellent. It was nice to be above all the hustle and bustle.

Cons:

Breakfast at the hotel did not include cappuccino or Turkish coffee. You have to pay extra for cappuccino, espresso, etc. They have regular coffee, but it is not great. The restaurant for dinner does not serve wine. I expect that was the reason it was so quiet. Many times we had the restaurant to ourselves. It was a delight for us and worth forgoing wine with dinner
I would recommend to the hotel to get a machine that makes all the different espresso drinks and hot chocolate with a push of a button like so many European hotels provide their guests. And just make it available during breakfast.

Posizione fantastica, vicinissimo alle maggiori attrazioni della città vecchia. Vista straordinaria. Camera spaziosa. Colazione buona. Fermata del tram vicinissima

Dal bagno arriva cattivo odore che satura anche la stanza se si lascia la porta aperta
