Excellent hotel in a superb location.
Pros:

The front office staff were extremely helpful in organizing transportation from the hotel going above and beyond the call of duty. Specifically, I would like to point out the curtesy by Mr. J.R. Lee at the front desk who helped me navigate various Korean websites to book us a long range bus to the ski resort (when there were no trains available), and a taxi to the bus station in East Seoul. He was friendly and professional in all aspects.

Cons:

The hotel has a management policy that even if your room is ready/available at whatever time before check-in time (3pm), you cannot enter your room earlier. If you wish to, you will be charged KRW20,000 (USD13.60) per hour. Whilst this may be a small sum, given that the room is already available, it took no extra work by any staff, its petty to charge any amount.
