Pros:

Location and breakfast and the Courtyard

Cons:

The room was renovated but smelled old and damp . Unable to open curtains to windows because open onto busy streets The doors and walls etc floors needed to be cleaned better The shower leaked all over the floor .

Horrible from the start
Pros:

Horrible signage. Arrived at night and no signs to where the officer was. Staff at the desk would not give directions to me on the phone. They hung up on me when I was asking for directions

pésimo servicio al cliente te cobran parqueo y no tienen asignado a cada habitación todo fue. horrible no tienen servicio de limpieza tuve que ir a pedir toallas y papel higiénico a la oficina todo horrible jamás regreso a ese lugar las habitaciones con olor a humedad

The location

Cons:

The check-in process was unnecessarily time-consuming due to the setup requiring guests to report to a separate location rather than the facility they were booked in. This caused congestion, with multiple guests attempting to check in simultaneously for different properties. Additionally, the unit itself was not clean—there were visible black stains on the sheets, and the air conditioning was not functioning during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Pros:

We found the rooms quiet and very clean.
Breakfast was nice .
Close to the beach where there were many restaurants and shops.
Walking distance to water taxi in the canal system.
20 minutes from the airport

Cons:

The only negative thing we have to say is when we arrived , we had trouble finding the main desk to check in/check out.
It was not at the building we were staying in since It’s a big complex of many buildings.
There are at least 23 buildings with different names.

Ideal para descansar y cerca de la playa
Pros:

La ubicación conveniente para disfrutar de la playa. El desayuno muy bien y sobretodo la atención de la encargada ( Donna) . También en el front desk que siempre a pesar de lo concurrido en determinados horarios siempre te resuelven los problemas. Venimos todos los años y volveremos!
