Lovely hotel and staff, making it an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Good sized room and bathroom. Bed comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. Wonderful breakfast, albeit too much to eat! Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially Eren. Nice location, on quiet street, and very close to main tourist attractions of old town.

Ein tolles Haus mit sehr gutem Service
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Sultanahmet, in der Nähe der Blauen Moschee und mehrerer Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es lässt sich vieles zu Fuß und mit der Straßenbahn erkunden. Es ist ein kleines, sehr liebevoll geführtes Haus. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und erst vor kurzem saniert. Das Frühstück ist ein echtes Highlight. Alles wird in kleinen Schüsselchen serviert und bei Bedarf nachgefüllt. In der Lobby gab es kostenlose Kekse, Süßigkeiten und Tee. Eren und das ganze Team haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Soggiorno magico !
Pros:

Premettiamo che venivamo da tre notti trascorse in un hotel 4 stelle dotato di SPA e di ogni servizio, e avevamo scelto di cambiare per curiosità di vedere un'altra struttura. Tra i due abbiamo senza dubbio preferito questo, dove torneremmo sicuramente: l’atmosfera era semplicemente magica, a partire dal personale, passando per la colazione, fino al simpaticissimo gatto dell’albergo che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Albergo moderno situato dietro Santa Sofia, con la Moschea Blu e il Palazzo Topkapi raggiungibili in soli 2 minuti a piedi. Struttura moderna, pulita e con personale molto gentile e disponibile (una menzione speciale per Herem, ragazzo estremamente professionale e cordiale, che ci ha aiutati e consigliati su tutto!).

L’hotel dispone di stanze a tema: abbiamo soggiornato in una quadrupla all’ultimo piano, con una vista meravigliosa sul Bosforo. La camera era curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e dotata di ogni comfort: abbiamo trovato kit completi per l’igiene personale, accappatoi e ciabattine, davvero un’attenzione al cliente che fa la differenza.

Un’altra nota di merito va alla colazione, davvero fantastica in ogni sua proposta, sia dolce che salata: tutto espresso e di eccellente qualità.

Torneremo sicuramente!

Passionnant et contents de rentrer dans cet hôtel chaleureux
Pros:

La qualité principale c’est les personnes employées au service des clients! Efficaces et serviables. Mentions spéciales pour ceux qui travaillent au petit déjeuner (splendide) et le staff de la réception!

Naprosto skvělý hotel
Pros:

Výběru ubytování v Istanbulu jsem věnoval velkou pozornost. Jel jsem tam se synem na 8 dní. Po rozsáhlem vyhledávání, jsem dospěl k tomu, že nejlepší recenze má tento hotel. Mohu poptvrdit, že je opravdu skvělý. Je na vynikajícím a klidném místě. Je čistý, velmi pěkně zařízený. Pokoj byl velmi pohodlný a promylšeně vybavený - když jste potřebpvali háček na ručník vedle sprchového koutu, tak tam prostě byl. Postele byly velmi pohodné a měli jsme moc pěkný výhled na moře. Naprosto úžasné byly snídaně. Byli jsme dva a jídla jsme dostali pro osm osob. Jídlo bylo navíc velmi dobré. Personál byl milý a ochotný. Cestuji často, ale už mnoho let jsem se v žádném hotelu necítil tak dobře. Výborná je také dostupnost k hlavním památkám a i k hromadné dopravě pro jízdu na vzdálenější místa. Opravdu mohu jen a jen pochválit.

Cons:

Dlouho jsme přemýšlel, ale není nic, co by se mi nelíbilo. Hotel je skvělý ve všech směrech.

Ideal place to stay for first visit to Istanbul - thanks to all the friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating, plus the breakfasts are worth a stay here in themselves! Location is hard to beat too, so central but nice and quiet when we stayed.

Отель хороший. С детьми не совсем удобный. Завтраки супер.
Pros:

Завтрак действительно великолепный 100 из 10! Супер. Это прям достойно. Персонал очень добродушный, помогали во всем, сами занесли чемоданы на 3 этаж, также и спускали. Локация хорошая, все рядом. Было тепло несмотря на прохладную погоду, отопление работало.

Cons:

Не понравилось, то что нет лифта, с детьми и с колясками не удобно подниматься и спускаться, об этом не хватило информации на сайте, чтобы это учесть. Есть неудобства в плане розеток, как они расположены, их мало. Номер частично требует ремонта, где-то провод отходит, краска облупилась.
