Relaxing
Pros:

The hotel met my expectations, especially thanks to the excellent service from the male receptionist and Karina. We extended our stay by five more days because of how relaxing it has been. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Antalya. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

All staff were very welcoming and made you feel right at home. Always checking in to make sure you are enjoying your stay and always going that extra mile to make your stay worth while. Shiran (public relations) contacted myself via WhatsApp prior to my visit asking if there was anything I needed before my stay and sent me a very warm welcome

Ms. Shirin in information and Mr. Baran in the bar were very helpful

Cons:

Honestly hotel is very different than photos and rate mentioned in booking.com is very far from the hotel , it’s similar to 3/4 star hotel . Breakfast is poor , chairs are old and most of them torn , non of outside pools didn’t work although could work with warm water in this season and inside spa cleanliness is poor and you will face problem in breath because of non standard limit of Chlor in water . Also hotel by giving low price gift trying to absorb fake points which we refused that gift and as frequent traveller i think real point is maximum 6/7 maximum . Room and curtain was not clean and hotel had only one little bar beside that shows maybe good for children not older age .

One of the best hotel stays!
Pros:

Everything was great. Special thanks to Karina and the rest of the hotel staff. We got free upgrades to better rooms, also one with sea view. Staff in the restaurant and bar is awesome. Ferit is great. Room service ladies are also very nice. Definitely we'll come back!
