Older front desk lady with glasses should be fired

The front desk old Latina lady with glasses is a miserable person, she delivers miserable unhappy employee service very disrespectful for no reason

They rented a room destroyed, then try to charge you for whatever the homeless ppl living with dogs do in property due to the fact I did complain to her multiple times

I hate everything.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel. They tried to cancel our reservation right when we arrived and demanded double or even triple the original Booking price. We had to contact Customer Service to stop their scam.

The place feels completely unsafe, surrounded by homeless people and suspicious individuals. The room was filthy, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the entire place smelled disgusting. The front desk did not care at all and only made excuses instead of fixing anything.

The manager was the worst part, openly dishonest, trying to overcharge and cancel confirmed bookings for extra profit. This place should not even be operating.

Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you truly have no other place to sleep. 👎🏻

Dirty trashed room from homeless ppl living there

NOTHING DIRTY ROOMS ALL TRASHED BT HOMELESS PPL LIVING ON THE PROPERTY, AND UNLEASHED LARGE DOGS OUTSIDE WHEN I COMPLAIN TO THE OLD LATINA HISPANIC WOMAN WITH GLASSES, SHE DIDNT WANT TO CHANGE THE ROOM, AND ADDED ME TO A DO NOT RENT LIST WITH ILLEGAL ALLEGATIONS. SHE WAS ALWAYS THE ONLY UNHAPPY PERSON THERE, AND A CLEANING LADY.

Room was trashed extremely old with no renovations from long time ago definitely from homeless ppl living in property, I asked for a change making another reservation with the Hispanic older lady with glasses and she tried to steal 200$ cash deposit from me, denied renting to me and tried to make a my stay impossible. My child almost get attack from a large dog unleashed due to her negligence.
