Room was spacious and lovely, high ceilings. Bathroom had a spacious walk in shower, bidet, toilet, large sink, hairdryer, shower gel.
Large TV in the room too. Mini fridge but no freezer.
Charging ports / sockets both sides of bed is good.
Hotel itself was lovely, spacious and very clean everywhere.
Check out time being midday is nice.
Breakfast was good lots of choice, fresh fruit was lovely. Good choice of cereals, pastries, continental and cooked. Coffee machine available.
Location was good, right opposite lots of bars and restaurants with lots of nice food. Plenty of street parking around the hotel so if hiring a car you’ll find somewhere.
For a 4 star hotel would have been nice to have the extra bits in the room like tea/coffee facility, more toiletries in the bathroom, just little luxuries that you’d expect from a 4 star.
The pool area very small. Not enough sunbeds for all of the guests. Many guests have to sit and sunbathe in chairs around tables. Problems with people reserving sunbeds with towels and going out for the day too, lifeguard struggling to enforce any order with this as he says it’s hard to keep track how long people have gone / who’s been and gone etc.
Although breakfast was good, I wouldn’t recommend booking half board / full board as dining room a bit dark and dingy, not nice atmosphere for evening meal. Plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars opposite hotel to dine al fresco with live music out in the evening sun.
We loved th hotel facilities, staff and location.
Breakfast was good apart from the bacon.

The location
Room was run down and in need of repairs, towels in bathroom had no absorption to dry your skin
very small balcony with pieces gone out of the wall not very well maintained
Always spotlessly clean. Every member of staff are always so very friendly, helpful and very professional. We have been coming back to this hotel for a few years now. We are treated so well. It comes across as though everyone who works there takes pride in their jobs.

Location, close to the promenade and easy parking.
Bars, restaurants, and shops within a couple of mins walk.
Staff at reception were rude and unhelpful.
I was trying to have a conversation with the lady and she was rushing me to then talk to the next people behind me wanting to order a taxi.
I was asking about extending my stay but she didn't care, gave me a silly price and then ignored me.
So I booked through this site and got a much better deal than the one she quoted.
Breakfast staff were also rude, unfriendly and intrusive

When traveling you want everything to be easy and efficient. The hotel and all the staff made this happen with a smile and professionalism.
The car park is very dark and uncomfortable. I would not like to use it on my own

The mattress was too hard. When sitting at the dressing table, you couldn't see yourself in the mirror. Not all women get ready in the bathroom.
