un hotel bello
Pros:

El Hotel es muy bonito, pero ya se nota que empiezan a descuidar el mantenimiento. Muebles un poco descuidados, paredes que les hace falta una mano de pintura, suelo que hace falta pintura, y algunos detalles mas, en realidad es poco lo que tienen que hacer, pero esos detalles harían la diferencia.
La atención del personal de 10, muy profesionales y eficientes.

Cons:

Es mi tercera vez en el hotel, las 2 primeras veces el hotel estaba perfecto, todos los detalles cuidados, y en esta ocasión se notó que lo han abandonado un poco, pero aun así sigue siendo bello.

Good Hotel in a Small Town with few Options
Pros:

Good hotel overall. Location was great. You could get to everything you need to in town by foot. Not sure you could do better in Chang Rai.

Cons:

The elevator was super small and slow. Also, they had a weird system where they separated the guest room portion of the hotel away from the lobby with a sliding glass door. You needed a key card to enter. Only a minor irritant.

Pros:

Great location! Beautiful tranquil setting located right by the clocktower and nightlife. The room was immaculate and big. The room was dark with the curtains drawn and little outside noise to be heard.

Cons:

The "key" into the room is a pin cushion with a chip inside which is kind of annoying to carry in your pocket. I removed the chip and kept it my wallet. A card or keyring would be better. The restaurant is lovely but I would like to have seen more Thai cuisine on the breakfast menu.

Muy limpio, cómodo y lindo

Cons:

Solo la recepcionista, cada ves q le pedía algo parecía molesta, no se hablar mucho inglés y se ve que no le gustaba. Al llegar el transfer que les reservé no estaba, esperé media hora y una señora de seguridad del aeropuerto les tuvo que llamar, no me ofrecieron disculpas, y me cobraron antes de hacer el check in. El día del check out esperé en el lobby, hacía mucho calor, no me ofreció esperar donde había aire acondicionado. Siempre la misma recepcionista. Gracias

พนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่ค่อยยิ้ม ไม่มี service mind อาจเป็นเพราะเป็นคนไทย เลยไม่ค่อยดูแลบริการ พูดไม่มีหางเสียง ค่ะ หรือ ครับ เรื่องที่จอดรถ โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถในร่มมีหลังคาคลุม แต่ห้ามแขกไม่ให้จอด รถของแขกที่พักต้องจอดตากแดดทั้งวัน ค่อนข้างแย่เสียความรู้สึกมาก กับโรงแรมนี้ เจ้าของโรงแรมต้องพิจารณา ควรสร้างหลังคาคลุมที่จอดรถบ้าง มีพื้นที่เยอะมาก
