พนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่ค่อยยิ้ม ไม่มี service mind อาจเป็นเพราะเป็นคนไทย เลยไม่ค่อยดูแลบริการ พูดไม่มีหางเสียง ค่ะ หรือ ครับ เรื่องที่จอดรถ โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถในร่มมีหลังคาคลุม แต่ห้ามแขกไม่ให้จอด รถของแขกที่พักต้องจอดตากแดดทั้งวัน ค่อนข้างแย่เสียความรู้สึกมาก กับโรงแรมนี้ เจ้าของโรงแรมต้องพิจารณา ควรสร้างหลังคาคลุมที่จอดรถบ้าง มีพื้นที่เยอะมาก

Un hôtel sans plus
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour se rendre à pied dans les divers endroits animés le soir.
Par contre, nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié le chariot de ménage ni tous ces ballots de linges laissés à la vue des clients à notre étage. C'est bien la première fois que nous voyons cela. D'un autre côté, nous étions dans une aile un peu reléguée de cet hôtel. Bof, pas top ! Le petit déjeuner doit être commandé la veille à partir d'une carte offrant 3 choix. Pas de buffet. Moyen. Déçus, c'est une première car jamais nous ne le sommes avec Booking.com.

Un très bel hôtel pour découvrir Chiang Rai
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Chiang Rai et la région. Les chambres sont très grandes et décorées avec beaucoup de goût.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié avec du bon thé et du bon café, ce qui est rare.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et très discret.

Relaxing and convenient
Pros:

I had an amazing stay with Sooknirund Hotel Chiang Rai. Bedroom was huge, clean and well designed. I even have my own espresso machine. Staff were very friendly and always greet you with a smile. They work really hard to maintain the cleanliness of the place and even changed the water in the waterfountain near the lobby area. It was such a welcoming and relaxing place to stay. The location was perfect, very near the local market, Saturday Night market, 711, restaurants, cafes and shops just a few steps away. I would definitely come back when I visit Chiang Rai again. Also, thank you to all the staff who prepared my breakfast for takeaway as I needed to leave early upon check out. What an incredible team. :)
I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Chiang Rai.

Cool, clean, comfortable and inviting. Well worth a reservation.
Pros:

The location was very good - right off a main road in the city. The rooms were clean, bright and very comfortable, and the A/C provided a welcome respite from the heat of an April day. Every day they came in and made up the rooms quickly and without prompting. Breakfast was good and service was great - the server remembered our rooms and preferences each day, making it feel very familiar. Service in general felt authentically friendly too. I would return there without hesitation.

Where to stay in Chiang Rai
Pros:

I loved this quaint, friendly, homely atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating and the room clean and well kept.
OMG, can I start on the esthetics. On entering, it was like being in another world. Plants everywhere. Strategic seating, water... it's the place of dreams. Picture worthy.

Cons:

Short and too the point. The bathroom was nice and big. But sharing the room with another person, and one I don't know as well to feel comfortable, having just glass as a separation was awkward. The bathroom door [glass] didn't shut probably, and it had what we referred to as the peep hole. Also, there was a weird opening covered by lace curtain at the end. I guess for ventilation.
