I don't like that they don't have an oven inside the room that i needed to pay just for me to warm my food
I don't like that there's no cooking utensils what if we need to stay for days? Where can I cook? Or the hotel expect me to always order food or dine with them ? A NO NO
I DONT LIKE the pillows it's not a firm one pretty obvious it's old pillows
I don't like that for the entire room they only provide 1 tissue roll and that's inside the bathroom only no tissue near bed area
I don't like that there no Netflix like it's 2026 but the shows are unbelievable knowing that we stayed in a well known hotel

It’s a big place
The staff at the front desk named Ange. I raised a concern about my booking and she wasn’t helpful at all. She insisted on giving answers that she was unsure of. She insisted that I didn’t have a booking in their system and even said she checked it twice. Her excuse was because I booked via booking.com that’s why she can’t see my booking, which by the way, paid already. I tasked her a simple question such as “Is your hotel enlisted in booking.com?”. And SHE CANT ANSWER! She cuts me off when I speak and worse, she didn’t apologize without being asked. I had to ask for her apologies. I had to ask for a senior staff or her boss since I am not anymore comfortable talking and arguing with her. Good thing when I spoke to Patrick who claimed as their senior, it went so quick and easy. Patrick understood my concern and provided a workaround without making my blood pressure go high. It would have been a smooth call had Ange offer any workaround about my request and not insist on saying “No”. She needs to learn how to listen to the concerns of your guests well and offer a solution rather than saying no and insisting she can’t do anything.
Even boast about checking it thrice in the system. When I argued that it’s impossible since I already paid and have confirmation email both from booking.com and your hotel, she all of sudden said, “I found it”, and I didn’t hear any apologies for the stress she gave me. Super disappointed. Bad customer service. Lack of customer service skills. Poor communication skills. Sooooooooo annoying!!!

The reception, the restaurants, the pool and customer service were very good. However the rooms are not soundproof, its outdated with moulds on shower, there's aircon water leak, the housekeeping is always missing either towels or refilling water or refilling tea/coffee. There's no face and hand towels at all. No fridge too which is surprising.
It's a shame to find the condition of the rooms not at par with the looks on the reception.
