Lovely Hacienda and the perfect getaway I really enjoyed the stay the rooms were very comfortable

Cons:

The pool was cold and very dirty! I think for a 5* hotel I would expect at least for the pool to be clean if it’s cold.

Un hotel muy bonito, habitación cómoda y amplia y buenas instalaciones. Desayuno muy rico !

La habitación es muy amplia, con 2 lavabos, camas cómodas, varios contactos incluso usb, muy bien iluminada, closet amplio, caja fuerte fácil de operar y grande, espejos grandes y varios.
el desayuno bufet es muy variado y muy rico, reponen los alimentos y el servicio de meseros es bueno. Nos encantaron los arboles que están alrededor de la alberca porque dan sombra y puedes nadar sin asolearte mucho, además de que se ven muy lindos.

Cons:

Todo nos gustó mucho pero en la alberca había muchas hojas y ramas que caían de los arboles, deberían recogerlas con la malla con más frecuencia porque no es agradable nadar así. En la habitación solo pusieron 1 botella de agua el primer día, creo que para ser un hotel 5 estrellas podrían poner 1 botella de agua por huésped ( éramos 2 ) diario, estuvimos 3 noches y solo nos pusieron 1 botella de agua, sería un buen detalle. Además en el desayuno no ofrecen agua natural que es importante.

I absolutely love HOTEL HACIENDA JURICA! The style, the surrounding, the whole environment as well as the staff makes everyone feel very welcome!
The breakfast is fantastic!!!

Cons:

The rooms need urgently an upgrade. Especially the bathroom and the shower entirely. Also the room carpets are very wasted.

I would not recommend staying here. Very disappointing experience for the price.

Not much. There were only a couple of pleasant interactions that we had with hotel staff.

Cons:

Our room was located quite far from the main entrance and lobby, which would have been fine, except it seemed the level of care and cleanliness in this area was neglected. The room had an unpleasant smell when we arrived. We had to open the window for some ventilation. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we even noticed some bugs that were squashed and left on the wall which was quite off-putting.
Being on the first floor, the room was also poorly lit, and the sound insulation was bad. We could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms - beside, across, and above us. On top of that, someone (either housekeeping or whoever), decided to collect our neighbor's room service dishes at 3 am even though they had been left there since earlier in the day, waking us up.
We also paid for the breakfast buffet the next morning. Unfortunately, the food was substandard and not worth the $30USD per person.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price we paid.
