Lage ist Top, direkt abseits der Hauptachse Schluchsee/Titisee, deshalb eher ruhig. Frühstück sehr gut. Restaurant sehr gut, Ist auch für Kuchen und Kaffee zu empfehlen z.B. für eine kurze Pause bei der Durchfahrt.

Cons:

Frühstück ab 08:00 für mich etwas zu spät. Restaurant oberes Preissegment.

Sieht schön aus aber enttäuschend!

Die Lage war für uns optimal. Frühstück war auch ok.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein, keine guten Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Der Sessel war völlig verdreckt, wurde dann mit Lacken überdeckt. Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Die Balkontüre welche die einzige Lüftungsmöglickeit im Zimmer war ging nur auf oder zu, leider nicht zu kippen. Im ganzen Haus gab es außer im Restaurant auch keine Möglichkeit sich hin zu setzen. Auf dem Balkon gab es zwei unbequeme Stühle. Wir finden das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis absolut unpassend.
Die Damen im Restaurant waren bemüht aber mit der Situation überfordert. Wir können das Haus nicht empfehlen. Zurzeit gibt es auch Bauarbeiten am Haus. Eine Straße verläuft vor dem Haus und eine Bahn fährt mehrmals täglich hinter dem Haus vorbei. Hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört.

Entspannen im Wald am idyllischen See
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Windgfällweiher, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber, gute Küche. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Ein Shuttle-Service vom und zum Bahnhof Altglashütten wird angboten.

Cons:

Ein bequemer Stuhl oder Sessel im Zimmer hätte den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
