Brilliant!
Pros:

Second time here, just 1 night as I was in transit. Would have wished to stay longer as I enjoyed everything! Highly recommend this hotel, don’t hesitate to book!

A warm welcome after a rewarding yet exhausting safari!
Pros:

I very much liked the location of the property, it also has parking in case you come in by car. I had just returned from safari so was extremely exhausted. The staff welcomed me warmly and professionally, my room was exceptional, tastefully and uniquely decorated, and with the most comfortable bed! I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that, but overall my stay was short and sweet! Thank you Socialhouse!

Very Secure. Gorgeous interior design. Sophisticated and stylish. Quiet room. Fantastic staff. Lots of places to eat, drink and relax.

Funky, elegant, worth every penny
Pros:

The staff were so friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Great location away from hubbub of downtown Nairobi with good security. Excellent breakfast with well appointed facilities. Funky yet elegant - not generic, very Kenyan. Expensive but worth it for a treat.

Cons:

Would’ve loved a swim but the pool is located alongside cafe where people were having business meetings.

Best hotel in Nairobi, very affordable, great rooms, secure and affordable
Pros:

Amazingly beautiful and friendly hotel, gorgeous food and drinks, best breakfast and wonderful room. Been twice, will stay here always when in Nairobi from now on.

Exceptional Welcome
Pros:

Enock gave us an amazing welcome, and he and the team were incredibly helpful, especially in assisting my disabled friend. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was top-notch. We’re definitely coming back in the new year.
