Our swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00. Saunas and hammam are open from 15:00 to 21:00.

Pros:

The hotel was very nice, in great condition, spotlessly clean and located next to everything Villars has to offer. The room was large also well equipped and spotlessly clean with beautiful views of the Rhone Valley and the Dents du Midi. The daily included breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices for everyone. Our only negative was that the hotel's only restaurant served only Chinese food, which seemed an odd choice for Switzerland. We only ate there on our first evening because we were tired and didn't want to go out exploring after arriving late. The food itself was not inspiring and the wait staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves that in serving their clients. At the end of the meal having seen no wait staff for over 5 minutes I was forced to go into the kitchen area to find our waitress in order to ask for the bill.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir konnten uns nach 4 Tagen Wanderung gut erholen und entspannen.
Pros:

Wellnessbereich top! Zimmer grosszügig und sauber. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und frisch.

Cons:

Restaurant Horizon: Service! Wir gingen auf Terrasse, mussten Getränkekarte selber mitnehmen, anschliessend kam niemand der nach einer Bestellung fragte, obwohl nur ein Gast an der Bar drinnen sass....!?
Wir hatten das Zimmer Richtung Strasse, wo die Bahn nicht unüberhörbar war.

Please give an action for those customers with dogs or any animals part of the family.
Pros:

Our driver spent time in your hotel for couple of days. Everytime we are spending vacation in Villars-Sur-Ollon.

We tried to go in your restaurant to have dinner (for the 1st time). Staffs are friendly, the guy in the reception is very nice and accommodated us. But we didn't go through because you didn't accept dog inside of the restaurant. We have a very friendly dog "Golden Retriever".

All the restaurant we went in Villars-Sur-Ollon accepting dogs. I will not tell the name but all restaurants in your surroundings.

I hope you can change it. You can have a table with animals 😊. For those customers has dog. Because dog is part of our family. And it's hard to leave the dog inside of the car while me and my family eating in the restaurant.

And it's also will be good to your business. 😉

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit phantastischer Terrasse und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist hervorragend und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt im Zentrum von Villars. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und bietet Saune, Bio-Sauna, Dampfbad, einen Pool und Anwendungen. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge, ebenso wie von der Hotelterrasse.

Cons:

Wer Zimmer bucht, die zur Stadtseite liegen, sollte wissen, dass morgens die Bahn direkt und unüberhörbar am Hotel vorbeifährt. Mich hat das nicht gestört, aber man sollte es bei einem längeren Aufenthalt berücksichtigen, wenn man gern bei offenem Fenster schläft.
