Pros:

Centrally located, close to shops, restaurants and major attractions especially the Sanctuary. St Bernadette’s houses are just at the back of it!

Cons:

The WiFi is a little bit weak in the rooms… also breakfast can be improved.

Seulement l'emplacement.

Cons:

Le hall est sombre et le personnel inexistant (arrivée à 15h20). La chambre n'est pas du tout digne d'un trois étoiles, la propreté laisse à désirer. La vue donne sur la façade d'un bâtiment en ruine, la moquette est usée et poussiéreuse et pour couronner le tout de nombreux poils retrouvés sur le drap et des tâches de couleur rouge sur la couette.

La posizione è ottima, il personale è gentile è sorridente. Pur facendo servizio al santuario non ha avuto porblemi con gli orari di apertura e chiusura. Dato il posto, val la pena di sottolineare la presenza di un comodo e grande ascensore per l'accesso ai piani superiori.

Cons:

Durante i soggiorno hanno rifatto il letto e cambiato gli asciugamani secondo le policy indicate nella camera. Tuttavia, non hanno pulito il lavandino e non hanno aspirato la moquette del pavimento.

Séjour très profitable et agréable malgré la fine pluie du 12 avril.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était à la hauteur de mes attentes. L’ascenseur était tres fonctionnel et le personnel de l’accueil était toujours prêt à donner des informations orientations utiles

Cons:

Un de mes bas de contention a dû être jeté par la dame de ménage me laissant avec un seul bas!
