Pros:

The bedroom was very spacious as well as the bathroom, and we had an extra duvet to sleep warm at night.
The breakfast had good, diverse options.
There is a LIDL very near the hotel (about 3-5 min walk) which is practical if you need to buy first-necessity items, snacks or beverages.There are also bus stops close by the hotel that will take you to the city center quickly!
Last but not least, the staff allowed us to leave our luggages at the reception after check-out so we could make the most of our day without heavy bags on our shoulders!

Cons:

It took a little long for the room to be heated.
The beds' mattresses were a little hard. Although we slept well, if they were softer, it would've been more comfortable.

Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel comoda per accedere a Verona, posteggio dell'hotel funzionale. Stanze moderne forse troppo minimal, ma in generale comode e sicuramente molto pulite (che non è poco...)

Cons:

Albergo datato, forse un restyling dei corridoi e delle aree comuni sarebbe necessario, ma la pulizia è eccellente. Nulla da dire

Zimmerausstattung, Arbeit der Zimmermädchen ( haben sogar das Bett von unserem Hund jeden Tag gemacht)! Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel

Cons:

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato rovinato da gravi mancanze nel comfort e nell'igiene. La stanza era caldissima e le bocchette dell'aria condizionata erano sature di polvere stratificata, rendendo l'aria pesante. Il problema maggiore è stato però il rumore: la prima mattina, a causa di lavori di manutenzione con martelli iniziati alle 8:30, il fragore era tale che sono stato costretto a chiedere in reception se fosse possibile dormire lì, pur di avere un po' di pace. Anche la seconda mattina il riposo è stato interrotto dal personale delle pulizie molto rumoroso nei corridoi. Per un hotel di questa categoria, la cura del silenzio e la manutenzione dei filtri dovrebbero essere prioritarie.
Unfortunately, the stay was marred by a lack of comfort and hygiene. The room was very hot and the AC vents were clogged with thick layers of dust, affecting air quality. The main issue, however, was the noise: on the first morning, maintenance work with hammers started at 8:30 AM; the noise was so overwhelming that I had to ask at the reception if I could sleep there just to find some peace. On the second morning, my rest was again interrupted by very noisy cleaning staff in the corridors. For a hotel of this standard, noise control and filter maintenance should be a priority.
