If there was a higher rating than 10 I would give it! Brilliant concept hotel, room decor just amazing (and still really comfy ) The staff were all lovely, communal areas really well laid out and welcoming for a single traveller, restaurant and bar great (£30 set menu for three courses was superb). I usually hate hotels but I would rush back here.

Stunning hotel, perfect location
Pros:

Amazing location, the staff and facilities are fantastic. So family friendly but also would stay here as a couple aswell.

Nice staff, but technical issues made it not enjoyable.
Pros:

Lovely location with friendly staff. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Three different rooms with issues involving the TV meant that we moved three times. When you re with young kids these small things make a difference to the stay.

Amazing weekend stay for my daughters’ birthdays
Pros:

It’s so quirky but delivers fantastic quality as well. The staff are just outstanding. Every member of staff really goes out of their way and they always greet you with a smile. Lovely people that make a difference.

Pros:

Quirky, but well presented hotel.
Room was spotless, big comfy bed & hardly any noise whilst sleeping.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty poor. Glad we only ate there once. Hardly any selection on the continental & the hot food selection was luke warm. Waitress tipped a full cup of coffee over the table which didn’t help!
Surprised we couldn’t get a drink at the bar to finish our night off, to be fair was late not what you'd expect.

Pros:

It is a special hotel, beds are very comfortable, shower very nice. Clean, friendly staff. Location is perfect and breakfast superb. We were a family with small kids and was very very nice
