Très bien accueillis par les réceptionnistes vraiment top avec de très bons conseils, merci !
Pros:

Le personnel était adorable avec beaucoup d’explications et de conseils sur la ville, très bien situé, bonbonne d’eau fraîche pour remplir les bouteilles

Toller Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Es gab viele Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Außerdem haben wir ein kostenlosen Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Fenster im Zimmer. Allerdings war da Zimmer schön und hell eigerichtet, wodurch es für ein paar Tage ohne Fenster in Ordnung war.

The lovely stmosphere and the desire to help the guests. I had wanted cable TV as it was specified in the description but it did not seem to be working and one of the guys was brilliant and solved the problem after a day.

Cons:

I think the guests should be informed before booking that there are no windows in the rooms on the ground floor but, at the same time it was nice to have an air filter system in the room working to stop the air in the room from becoming stale. A nice detail that l think other hotels don't bother with.

Good value independent comfortable hotel
Pros:

A welcoming, well located independent small hotel. This was a return visit from us and will happily return again. Good value

Cons:

Stairs with suitcases but I’m sure if we asked that they would have carried them for us.
Pointlessly over complicated multi function bathroom light that we didn’t master in 4 days

We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

This is a quality boutique hotel in a walkable location, to many attractions. We even found pickleball only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. A great value all around. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A huge thank you to Liza and Sia. Bill, the owner, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of town.
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff.
Clean room.
Good location for walking.
Nice vibe.

Cons:

Room did not have a window or natural light.
Room had poor noise insulation.
Visited during Chinese New Year celebrations. Despite not having a window, was kept awake into the early hours on all 3 nights with fireworks going off (I should have maybe checked the dates!). Then woke up early with staff or guests talking loudly in the atrium.
Recommend bringing foam earplugs.

Besuch der tollen Stadt George Town
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Man ist zu Fuß in etwas mehr als 20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Leider stand da die Luft extrem und es roch sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss. Nach dem Duschen lief Wasser aus nicht definierbaren Stellen raus ins Zimmer und verteilte sich auch im Bad.
