Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, Sai ci ha dato tantissime indicazioni utili per girare la città e Lisa è stata molto accogliente con noi. La camera aveva tutto il necessario, era pulita, il bagno spazioso. La posizione è buona per girare la città e i dintorni, ma comunque la strada in cui si trova l'albergo è silenziosa

Clean and nicely decorated room on beautiful street
Pros:

Nice building and room close to the city center. The room was also nicely decorated and spacious. Kind hosts, gave us a lot of good information about what to see in Penang.

Cons:

Maybe a room was a bit dark because it was on ground floor. But not a major issue.

Pros:

Loved the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Honestly looked better in real life than the pictures which is always a lovely surprise. Room had very good lighting and very comfy beds

Cons:

Only thing that wasn’t a problem for me but something to be aware of was the room I was in did not have a window. Worked out for me because I got the best sleep of my life thanks to the dark and when I was awake I wasn’t at the hotel but I know some people might want a heads up

Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment sympa, notamment grâce à sa déco super cool qui crée une ambiance très agréable dès l'arrivée. On s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise, ce qui est un vrai plus pour décompresser après une journée de visite.

Le point fort est sans aucun doute l'accueil. Le personnel est ultra sympa et vraiment à l'écoute dès qu'on a besoin de quelque chose. Ils ont pris le temps de nous conseiller de super bonnes adresses en ville, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir des coins que nous n'aurions pas trouvés seuls.

Côté confort, rien à redire : le lit était très confortable et la chambre parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Enfin, l'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville facilement.
