Su ubicación y el restorant. La atención de los meseros es excelente.
Me quedé hace casi 2 semanas una noche y muy bien. Antier regresamos mi familia y yo a quedarnos otra noche y lo único que no me agradó fue que nos dieron habitación enfrente del elevador en 3er piso y se escucharon ruidos en la madrugada por el propio movimiento de los huéspedes. Esa habitación no estaba asignada inicialmente para nosotros pero como todavía no estaba lista la que nos iban a dar, nos cambiaron a esta , la 328.
Pero todo lo demás, muy bien.
La ubicación del hotel, el trato muy amable y servicial de todo el personal desde que llegas a las instalaciones, el desayuno buffet, agua caliente para tomar un baño agradable, habitaciones cómodas y silenciosas para tener un buen descanso. Se pueden hacer muchas cosas con todo lo que hay cerca, por ejemplo, ir hacia Chapultepec o La Americana a cenar o café, ir al teatro, o está el IKEA a la vuelta!
La habitación presenta un olor a humedad, y el baño tira agua y hay que estar verificando que selle bien para no desperdiciar agua del contenedor.

El wifi no funcionó bien, se desconectaba y en ciertos momentos 0% señal, había una fuga de agua en el lavamanos de nuestra habitación que derramaba mucha agua
