Anak kami menangis saat akan check out, saking nyaman tinggal di Brits Hotel.
Pros:

Anak kami sangat suka dengan fasilitas hotel mulai dari tempat tidur anak, playground & swimming pool yang nyaman.

Cons:

Hari pertama kami tiba di kamar lantai 5, air panas tidak stabil & terdengar suara pompa air yang tersendat sendat. Sepertinya memang sedang gangguan. Tapi akhirnya telah ada perbaikan & semunya berjalan dengan lancar & nyaman. Terimakasih Brits Hotel, kami akan kembali lagi.

Excellent hotel, good location, tasty and clean food, Excellent Hotel, Very good staffs.
Pros:

Food in the restaurant were superb and very helpful staffs. The food was avaible 24x7 when I wanted to buy. Very tasty food.

Pros:

Team member were nice!

Cons:

Poor breakfast, mosquitoes everywhere, food left under the sun and warm and dirty surfaces. Not the cleanest for a hotel. Room not always cleaned. Dirty dishes left outside room on the hallway.
