Buena ubicación y el personal es amable.

Cons:

No ponen nada como cortesía a pesar que pagamos un todo incluido. Hay cosas que tienes que pagar extra algo luy raro en ese tipo de hotel. Poca variedad de cócteles y el el restaurante bufete

Mjög gott hótel á góðum stað.
Pros:

Góður morgunmatur. Gott herbergi/íbúð. Góð staðsetning.

Cons:

Aðstaðan til að skipta um föt fyrir brottför var ekki góð. Engin loftræsting í aðstöðunni og hitinn óbærilegur. Maður fór sveittur inn en kom enn sveittari út. Engir snagar voru til að hengja af sér og engin borð eða bekkir til að leggja frá sér. Verulega erfitt að fara í stutu með fötin sín og tösku inni í sturtuklefanum. Það var ekki hægt að læsa aðstöðunni að innanverðu og því eru eigur óvarðar fyrir öðrum. Þetta mætti laga til að fullkomna hótelið og dvölin.

Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are amazing and so friendly. The assistant manager, Maria, was excellent and acted promptly on any concerns/requests. We will definitely be back 💖

Cons:

The spa needs more attention to ambience, client satisfaction and a much more professional approach to it's services. This is a 4 star hotel and the spa needs to be of the same standard 🙏.
