Las instalaciones
Todo bien
All facility was good
In reality everything was good

Enjoyed the Extra experience with special restaurant features.
Front desk is very confusing at check in, there was no designated lines. Also some of the front desk employees were not friendly. It was only up to when you got to the front that you would find out if you were in the right line.
The Staff at entrance in dinning area not inviting.
Bed room. We found roaches in closet and bathroom one in each and a bug crawling on the bed.
