The location of the property is close enough to our itinerary. The staff was also very accommodating.

Cons:

The price of the breakfast buffet is awful. 1500 php per person for a small selection of food items was so bad. That’s already the price of a good dinner buffet. The taste of the food was not even that good. What a scam.

The hotel lobby smelled like strong chlorine, and somehow smells like urine also. Go figure.

The shower head holder keeps falling off. The overhead rain shower is not working consistently (reducing the water pressure for a tiny bit will direct the water to the hand held shower. The worst of all was the shower heater. There’s no middle ground - either ice bucket challenge cold water or water from the 7th gate of hell. Did not have a comforting shower during our stay.

No welcome kits were provided, and the soap on the dispensers were all out. The rooms were not sound proof, you can easily hear the noises in the hallway.

Hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Plussaa, että hotellihuoneessa jääkaappi ja safetybox. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta.

Cons:

Ravintolassa oli suppea valikoima ja ruualla kesti tulla kauemmin kuin luvattiin. Aamupala oli paikallinen, ei buffettia, mihin länsimaalaiset tottuneet. Kylpyhuoneen siisteydessä olisi ollut hieman parantamisen varaa.

Pros:

We had 2 free breakfast for adults and my 9-year old got hers for FREE! She honestly enjoyed it more and finished her plate which is quite rare.

Location was perfect for us. We stayed there to catch the giant lantern's last day of show.

The bathroom was so small, that I couldn’t turn myself!
To get into the shower I had to climb over the toilet and the door to the shower opened only half, so that I had to squeeze in.

Decent enough to stay in

Staffs are helpful & accommodating. 👍👍👍👍👍
Near convenient stores, just across catholic church, near food chains.

Cons:

Poor to no wifi connection.
No access to Netflix etc. due to poor wifi connection
Rooms near the road is noisy all throughout the day & night, we hardly slept; rooms on the other side, noisy due to air conditioner motor noise.
Food in restaurant (Ruben’s): non tenderized meat, bland taste

I suggest to train your hotel staff, they are nice and polite but the service is somewhat poor,.
Pros:

The breakfast is just okey, and they really follow the time. I think the location is also okey.

Cons:

About the food, at least they include bread or toast for breakfast instead of noodles so that there will be another choice.
