No es lo que esperaba

Mal desayuno... hay que salir del hotel para que nos dieran el desayuno. La zona peligrosa mucho indigente y personas no deseadas al frente y toda la calle cerca del hotel... mucho ruido por las noches
No lo recomiendo. Si desean descanzar y comer bien.

Over all we had a good stay,
Pros:

Room was nice and big with two very comfortable beds, staff was friendly and helpful, it would of been great if the hotel could provide walking maps of downtown and different highlight for first time visitors to see.

Cons:

To bad their is no fright in the room as we stayed six night, the hallways don't smell very good and be aware the pool is not heated, breakfast :coffee, juice OR fruit and two pieces of toast with jam.

Decepcionante servicio, no ofrezcan desayuno sí no saben cocinar

La ubicación y la presión del agua de la regadera.

Cons:

El servicio es malo. El desayuno incluído incomible. Pedimos huevos a la mexicana con un costo extra de $100 que no valía pues los huevos nos los sirvieron con mal olor, con agua y sin sabor. Recomiendo desayunar fuera del hotel. El wifi de la televisión no servía. Los muros de la regadera llenos de hongos. El servicio a la habitación bueno. Las almohadas duras, el colchón también. Los servicios de alberca y gimnasio ubicados en azotea cerrados antes del horario establecido y sin atención. En recepción nos quejamos del desayuno pero no hicieron nada. A la hora de hacer el check out pedimos servicio de taxi que está en convenio con el hotel, esperamos 15 min y nunca llegó y no nos ofrecieron solución sólo que pidieramos uber. Muy mal, no lo recomiendo, no regresaría.

No fue lo que esperaba pero funcionó
Pros:

La verdad esperaba un poco mejor el establecimiento, pero ya está algo viejo y por lo mismo da la intuición de que está medio limpio, pero tiene ac funcional y sobre todo caminando llegas a la catedral y te ahorras el tráfico.

Mejor encontrar un hotel cerca.
Pros:

La ubicación es realmente buena, todo lo básico e indispensable está cerca.

Sin embargo, en otra ocasión prefiero elegir hoteles cerca. En este no me quedaría de nuevo.

Cons:

1. Limpieza: se usó la cafetera y pasó dos días sucia a pesar de pedir que la lavaran, al igual que los vasos. No comprendo como podían botellas con agua junto a vasos notablemente sucios y no los cambiaban. El baño tenía cabellos en las paredes de los huéspedes anteriores. Debajo de las camas habían botellas.

2. Desayuno: 2 tostadas, café, fruta o jugo de naranja. Es mejor no pagar el desayuno dentro de la reserva y pedir a la carta que al final se termina pagando. El adicional que son 100pesos o a la carta que que son 109. Máxime cuando son estancias largas.

3. Fundas de almohada. Manchadas a tal punto que parecen sucias. Es desagradable poner la cara en una funda que parece que no se lavó.

Habia cucarachas en el baño y no nos quisieron cambiar la habitación, indicaron que no tenian habitaciones disponibles, es muy incomodo dormir donde hay plagas, ademas el baño estaba sucio y una gotera de la regadera

Never again!
Pros:

I liked that it was writhing walking distance to downtown.

Cons:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be documented honestly.

During our stay, we encountered roaches in our room on three separate occasions, across three different rooms on different floors. One was near the bathroom mere minutes after we checked in, another roach was on my bed immediately after I showered, and then another ran from under the bed one morning after we woke up, again, each on different occasions in different rooms. I have photos documenting this.

While most of the staff were polite and tried to be helpful, the manager’s response was deeply disappointing. I was left waiting for hours to resolve the situation, and instead of accountability, I was met with patronizing and dismissive behavior. At one point, the implication was that I was somehow responsible for the situation, or that it was unbelievable — despite clear evidence and repeated incidents.

We were repeatedly reassured that the issue had been resolved, which is why we continued our stay — only for the problem to happen again. Blaming a guest for trusting staff reassurances is unacceptable.

Additionally, the restaurant food was very poor and not worth the price. Overall, the hotel did not provide value, cleanliness, or professionalism, especially given how serious a pest issue is.

I am sharing this so other guests can make an informed decision. This experience caused unnecessary stress and should have been handled very differently.
