Si vous allez à Pampelune c’est là que vous devez séjourner!
Pros:

Absolument tout était parfait.
Le personnel est adorable ! Tout le monde est gentil et aux petits soins. Nous avons voyagé avec notre fille de tout juste deux ans et l’équipe a été adorable.
La chambre double est spacieuse, bien équipée, agréable. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité, les produits sont bons. Le rapport qualité prix est au rendez vous. Cela fait longtemps que nous n’avons pas fréquenté un aussi bel établissement et pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup. Bravo à toute l’équipe !!! Nous reviendrons !

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé mais voici quelques « bonus ».
L’emplacement n’est pas le meilleur mais cela reste très proche du centre ville. C’est le seul « moins » de l’hôtel. Dans les plus grandes chambres, une bouilloire serait un plus (je n’ose pas parler d’un micro onde car dans notre cas ça aurait été pratique pour le repas du bébé mais je comprends tout à fait que ça ne soit pas possible)

Tranquilidad y personal de recepción muy amables

Cons:

Poca luz en la habitación,las llaves de la luz muy antiguas.Falta fuerza a el agua en la ducha y difícil de regular ( te quemas o te hielas)

300% recomendable
Pros:

El personal súper amable, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda, la cama perfecta, el desayuno riquísimo y variado, el parking muy accesible y gratuito, buen aislamiento acústico, no entra nada de luz con las persianas bajadas. En la habitación había de cortesía agua, café, infusiones y unos bombones. Si volvemos, repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

Cons:

Está a 30min caminando del centro (aunque, aun con ida y vuelta en taxi del centro un par de veces al día, sale mejor calidad/precio que otras opciones más céntricas). Un detallito a mejorar sería poner una escobilla en el baño.

El gran hotel de las tinieblas
Pros:

Un gran hotel con habitación muy, muy grande con bonitas y tranquilas vistas, grandes ventanales, con buenas cortinas/persianas opacas, todo un detalle. Parking cubierto en el propio edificio, gratuito y con acceso directo al hotel.

Cons:

Pésima iluminación en todo el hotel incluyendo las habitaciones, muy poca luz por pasillos, gimnasio, zonas comunes y la propia habitación. Le da un cierto aire tétrico a un bonito hotel. Con lo grande que es la habitación a penas tiene una zona para trabajar con el ordenador que sea cómoda.
