Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. That is all I can say. I didn't like much about this hotel other than the staff.

Cons:

This hotel is run down and was not comfortable. The bed was not comfortable. The bed sheets had holes. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. There is a gap in the balcony door so bugs get in.

Просторный номер, отличный WiFi, очень отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Ванная старая, вода часто холодная, слабый напор. В номере темно, мало света. Постельное и полотенца старые, видное, что застиранные.

Séjour de 8 jours à Canggu
Pros:

J'aime beaucoup l'architecture très ouverte de l'hôtel. Au premier étage, une grande terrasse couverte qui abrite un café brasserie. Au rez-de-chaussée tout est ouvert avec une piscine, belle et propre. Un café restaurant aussi. C'est calme.

Cons:

L'entretien de l'hôtel manque de supervision. La chambre est mal nettoyée. J'avais laissé une tasse sale qui est restée 2 jours de suite sans être remplacée. La douche remplie de calcaire ne laissait pas passer l'eau. Les serviettes manquent. L'hôtel semble être approvisionné par petites quantités en serviettes, et en bouteilles d'eau. Il faut demander un sèche-cheveux. Cela reste propre et dès qu'on réclame le personnel intervient rapidement.

Reasonable place, kind and attentive staff but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The restaurant/bar was lovely and I had some great cocktails there
The staff were friendly and attentive
The pool was great

Cons:

The bed always felt wet. I think it was perpetually damp no matter how much I opened the door it always felt wet when I slept

I also didn’t like that there was an aggressive dog who lives in the hotel and stays in the entryway. I think that this should be made clear because I wouldn’t have booked if I had known. I am scared of dogs so it made me quite anxious and made me feel like take a different route in/out of the hotel to the shortest route

Отличное расположение, ооочень приятный и вежливый персонал. Кафешка в отеле с хорошей едой)

Cons:

Номера уставшие, но в целом чистые. Не очень удобно, что нет фена в номере, приходится просить.

Amazing
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel! The room was cosy and had everything I needed. Quiet and peaceful location and great to relax by the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not 4 star but it’s okay…
Pros:

The pool and Terrace restaurant were amazing and the workers were so friendly

Cons:

A barking dog, not replenishing our amenities and room wasn’t cleaned for three despite our sign being put out there to clean our room.

Good value
Pros:

Nice location and room. Have a fridge store is very close mice interior comfterble bed

Cons:

Tv dosent really work. No smart tv. Shower pressure was very low sometimes. room service came around 11 which i thought was abit to early

Nice place to stay in short term.
Pros:

Nice hotel room. Bed was comfortable and staff was really nice (I left my bags in storage and this wasn't any issues).
In general nice place to stay for short time. Really good value to the price! Location was really comfortable to move around Canggu.

Cons:

Hot water wasn't always there. Bathroom can be in better conditions and towels could be more new. My room was just in front from main doors, so no special view. But in general on plus.
