Excellent place to stay, we would stay here again!
Pros:

Wonderful for families! We loved the location and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't love was the beds, they were very hard.

A wonderful hotel with super helpful
Pros:

Friendly staff, super kid friendly- bingo game for kids was great for ideas of what to do during the day and kept the kids engaged and excited about doing cultural activities, convenient location.

Fantastic apartment hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location was great - very close to Ueno Park and multiple train stations. Staff were amazing. They provided so many local recommendations, it was a great resource. The hotel was very kid friendly. Our kids loved all the little activities they could do.

넓고 깨끗한 숙소 추천합니다

도쿄 한복판에 있는 좋은 숙소인데 크기도 넓고 깨끗해서 아주 좋았어요 직원들도 친절하고 시설도 훌륭했어요 정말 잘 지내다 왔습니다 이제 일본 갈 때마다 미마루 체인 먼저 찾아봐야겠어요

청소를 진짜 깨끗하게 해주셔서 곰팡이 하나 없는데도 약간 습한? 냄새가 났어요 화장실에 환기가 조금 안되는 거 같았어요 디퓨저 하나 놔주시면 좋을 거 같아요 변기에 고바야시 쇼슈겐 한 방울 떨어트려 두면 금방 냄새 없어지긴 했어요

개수대 음식물을 처리할 방법 안내가 없고 문의시 따로 놔두면 된다하여 두었는데 룸 클린시 조치가 안됨. 결국 문밖에 두어야 했음
