개수대 음식물을 처리할 방법 안내가 없고 문의시 따로 놔두면 된다하여 두었는데 룸 클린시 조치가 안됨. 결국 문밖에 두어야 했음

Comfortable stay for our family of 5 in a safe and accessible area.
Pros:

Very helpful staff; very clean facilities; very much set up to cater for families; good sized room for a family of 5; safe quiet area with a number of metro stops and convenience stores nearby; 5-10min walk to Ueno station area for lots of great restaurant options.

Cons:

It was exceptionally expensive. As a party of 5 we required a bigger than standard room, and I understand accom in Tokyo is very small, but I’m just not sure it was worth what we paid.

Great loaction, comfortable room, friendly staff
Pros:

The room was simple but very convenient for a family of five. We loved the location - it’s next to the Yamanote line and other metro stations. The staff was super friendly and had many recommendations on the restaurants and things to do in the area. The kids loved their bingo game a lot :)

No restaurant at the hotel for breakfast
